Advanced Pools

Replaced motor with "new" unit that wasn't new, and installed it incorrectly. The motor started failing after only five months, we called them and they came out. Then it started burning out again. When I took the motor apart, it was much older than one year, and the installation was missing one of the housing bolts and the diffuser gasket was missing. Additionally, the electrical was not set up correctly. When I called them about this, they told me it was my fault, that I did this, that, or the other thing wrong, before finally telling me it was past the warranty period.

Work was completed within 5 days of our first contact. They found the leak quickly. In order to replace the skimmer, the river rock (I cant spell the real word...chattahoochee I think) was cut in a nice clean line. The company had some rock that matched and mixed that in with the new concrete for an almost perfect match when finished (it will be perfect match once there is enough dirt ground in to match haha). Salt chlorine system was installed the next day.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS COMPANY'S WORK. I THINK THEIR PRICE IS AVERAGE. THEY COME EVERY WEEK AND NEVER SKIP A DAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS HERE ON TIME. I HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY.

I WOULD RECOMMEND ADVANCED POOLS FOR CLEANING. THEY ALWAYS DO A GREAT JOB, AND I APPRECIATE THAT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE COMPANY FOR REPAIRS HOWEVER. THEY RECENTLY FIXED A LEAK FOR ME BUT DID A POOR JOB. THE POOL IS STILL LEAKING.
