WAHLBECK TERMITE & PEST CONTROL

The treatment went fine.  Wahlbeck Termite and Pest Control went above and beyond the call of duty in making sure we had the necessary paperwork to satisfy Pinellas County Building Inspectors.

It went well!  I love that's it's a family business - Mom is Mary and she is wonderful!  Easy to schedule, Carl her son showed up right on time, very professional, and did a great job and both of them were helpful explaining the plan.  I like that they do most of the spraying outside and only certain areas inside, and I thought it was at a fair price. It's been a few days and as they advised, dead roaches starting come out so it's working, wooohoo!! I definitely recommend this company and look forward to working with them again this time next year :)

Mary and Craig Wahlbeck returned our call immediately even though they were away. The Wahlbeck's provided excellent information and instruction about the yearly pest control program. Treated entire outside and inside of the house and the yard. Assessed if there was any termite infestation. They called before they arrived and were friendly and professional. Told us if we saw any signs of infestation that they would return to treat any problem areas. As local Largo neighbors we would certainly use them again!

The Walhbeck company sprayed my home for annual pest control. We have not used the type of service before where the house is sprayed annually rather than every couple months but talked to friends who have used this company for several years and are happy with the results. We were interested in changing companies because our dogs had recently been getting ill after the house was sprayed. To be cautious I kept the dogs outside while the inside spraying was done although Mr Wahlbeck told me they had never had reports of problems with pets. We didn't experience any issues this time. It has only been a few weeks but so far I am happy with the decision. The service was done very professionally, they are very friendly and even followed up to ask about the pets. I highly recommend them.

Wahlbeck's has been servicing our townhome since the previous owners hired them. We learned who they were using as exterminators after we moved to FL from Colorado (and were new to the whole necessity of a "regular exterminator" for living in Florida) and decided to have them continue service for us. They come once a year to do a whole-house extermination, which is $250.00 for a home of our size (2,000 sq. ft). They will come on demand any other times we see new or unusual bug activity (wherever that may be) for touch-ups. This summer, the exterior of each building in our entire townhome community was painted, which "breaks the protective barrier" on a residence, which prevents pests from entering (besides paint, powerwashing also destroys the barrier, according to Mr. Wahlbeck), resulting in the need for a complete re-spray. Since this was only 5 months into our "year" of coverage, Wahlbecks came to do this at a reduced cost, which I thought was very fair. When we do see the occasional ant, earwig, or silverfish on the floor, they are almost always right by the walls, (and dead!), so the barrier is working. Their products are safe for our pets (dog and bird, though you must wait until everything is dry before the pet enters the area again--common sense) and it doesn't harm the helpful creatures which come up against the house---frogs and reptiles. Their prices are very fair and quite reasonable. This is a small, family-run business and we have been very happy with their services for the 1 1/2 years we've been using them. Thank you, Wahlbecks!

I would recommend them to anyone. They are highly professional and they know what they are doing because they have been doing it for years. If we have recurring problems they will come back out and spray again at no charge.

Ed is the best. I have been using him for 6 years. He will keep coming back for persistent problems. He has helped with ants to rats and been successful.

ED IS PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR 12 YEARS AND THE ANNUAL PEST SERVICE IS AMAZING. NEVER FLEAS OR ROACHES OR SPIDERS AROUND OR IN OUR HOME. WE HAVE HAD MANY UNIQUE PETS, WHICH HE IS ATTENTIVE TO, AND THE CHEMICALS NEVER HAD A NEGATIVE IMPACT.

VERY GOOD ABOUT EXPLAINING THINGS, SEEMED TO BE QUITE THOROUGH. HE WAS ALSO PROMPT AND A VERY NICE WORKMAN. IT'S A ONCE A YEAR SERVICE AND I CAN CALL HIM ANYTIME I NEED HIM IN BETWEEN TIMES.
