 + -1 moreWHEN I PURCHASED BOXES FROM THIS MOVING & STORAGE PLACE I ASKED IF I COULD RETURN UNUSED BOXES AFTER OUR MOVE WAS DONE. CRAIG, THE MANAGER, SAID YES. TO MAKE A LONG STORY SHORT AFTER THE MOVE WAS OVER I HAD 10 LARGE BOXES THAT I DID NOT USE. I PAID ABOUT $3.10 EACH FOR THEM. I WENT TO RETURN THEM (WITH THE RECEIPT) & DOTTI THE ASSISTANT MANAGER (WHO WAS POLITE) SAID IT WAS NOT THEIR POLICY TO TAKE RETURNS. SHE ACTUALLY CALLED THE MANAGER, CRAIG, WHO DENIED OUR PREVIOUS CONVERSATION. VERY UPSETTING. BY THE WAY, UHAUL TAKES BACK UNUSED BOXED- THEY EVEN PRINT THAT POLICY ON THEIR BOXES.
Description of Work: PURCHASED SEVERAL BOXES FOR DO-IT-YOURSELF MOVE.
