Thomas Inspection Service

This was the second time I had used his services. Fantastic. It was a very thorough inspection; he climbed into the attic; over the roof; tested the AC/Heat systems; every electrical outlet was checked; the electrical boxes were inspected; the toilets were flushed and the faucets run. He arranged for a separate pest inspection. He provided a wind mitigation report for our insurance company. He took pictures of the various items of inspection which facilitated the mortgage process. He worked directly with my insurance company to ensure that a timely binder was available at closing.

He was professional and had good responsiveness.

Thomas was the best inspector I could have asked for! He was very thorough and made sure we understood any problem with the property no mater how small. In the future we would use Thomas again for a home inspection

Mr. Tafelski was extremely professional and thorough, and make suggestions for improvements to the home even beyond those required by the reports. We have used him several times in the past, on homes we looked at and for family members. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. This is an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing inspection services.

THE INSPECTOR WAS EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE HOUSE. HE LOOKED EVERYWHERE. HE GOT IN THE ATTIC AND UP ON THE ROOF EVEN THOUGH IT WAS HOT. HE TOOK ME AROUND THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINED WHAT HE FOUND AND THE COST TO REPAIR IT. I FOUND IT TO BE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
