The Grass Wizard

We hired The Grass Wizard in Sept, they started out good. We hired weekly lawn edge and trim, along with with trimming whatever was needed . Shawn would follow thru on the trimming IF I would bring it to his attention. He got tired of my text of pointing out what needed attention , and I got tired of Having to constantly ask him too fullfill our pruning and trimming agreement. We also hired them for weeding , Not good at all , there were times where I sent pictures because the weeds were higher then my Flowers . The bed filled with dollar weeds and they finally pulled them the next week after I had to say something again. With the rains we have been having like all bushes, flower, weeds, shrubs are very over grown. So I offered a solution to Shawn and he said I need to hire a Gardner. His UN- professionalism showed up when he did not Serve our Lawn or Garden and did not have the Courtesy to say he was quitting . He had NO reason to not call or give Notice . Soooo he left us with Long grass and overgrown plants and Weeds. I gave him 4 trys to get back too me and to at least mow the lawn. He gave no notice . I will be talking to many in Belleair Beach and recommend they not hire this company .

Excellent service. Consistently high level of routine yard maintenance. Also had him purchase and install sod after a large tree and bush removal. He took the time to properly match the grass and provide detailed care instructions. It looks great.
