Bathtub Restoration
The guy who came in chipped my tub. The work was sloppy and out of line. When I called them about it they came back and the guy told me they would fix it and told me not to cancel the credit card payment. The guy came back out and took pictures and they said they would get it done soon. They didn't call me back and I've tried calling them back to see when they're coming back but I haven't heard back from them. You can never get a hold of the owner. I think they might be trying to exploit me because I am elderly.

"The Bath solution installed a wall system in his home. The installer dropped something into the tub and chipped his Tub. We informed him that we have ordered a custom liner from the factory in Chicago delivery date is 12/22. He has been informed of this on more than one occasion. We are not taking advantage of the elderly and have made 2 service calls to him to solve other issues he has had. Ed Mauro"

Overall, the people at the company are very polite and helpful. The company advertises that the job will be complete in one day. The job took 22.5 hours over the course of 2.5 days from start to finish. The installer was a relatively new employee. He seemed very responsible and wanted to make sure the job was done correctly. For whatever reason, I believe that he was sent to do this job on his own but perhaps was not quite ''up to speed'', so to speak, to accommodate the ''one day service'' pledge. Of course 24 hours equals ''one day'' so technically the job was completed within 24 hours - just over a period of 2.5 days. The finished product looks good.
