Tampa Bay Paver Repair & Sealer

I contacted Tampa Bay Paver Repair after a horrible experience with another paving company (see other review dated 8/27/14). Josh came out on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 to view the mess the previous paver company had left, gave me a quote & said he would try to have someone start the next day, but for sure Friday. No one came on Thursday & and by mid morning on Friday, so I called to ask where they were. At first Josh started giving me stories about being behind, etc. I started to get upset, so I told him I would call back. I got on the phone again & was calling other places when I got another call. It was John, a partner or other person with Tampa Bay Paver Repair. He told me that they were going to work things out & have someone start today (Friday) & work the weekend. So, after a rocky start, they ended up doing the right thing & came out like they said. Friday, they finished stump grinding where a tree had been. Then early Saturday morning, Harris, Josh & Brian showed up to lay the pavers. They were awesome! They worked 12-13 hours on Saturday & came back on Sunday before 8:00 AM & worked another 8+ hours to finish. They did a fabulous job & knew what they were doing. It looks great!
