Suzanne has now worked for me for two years. I feel enormously blessed to have found her. She is always punctual, professional, responsible, trustworthy, and never cuts corners. If you want a clean house this is definitely who you want. I have had her take care of a condo for me which I occasionally rent out. She goes above and beyond and does whatever I need done far better than I could have ever done myself. I am extremely picky. I recently built another home and after the construction and final clean were complete I was shocked at how poor a job the cleaners hired by the contractor did. I asked Suzanne to drive out and help me actually clean it. She spent several days with me working non stop running circles around me. She is amazing and was actually able to clean what all the other cleaners could not do. She is definitely worth every penny. I highly recommend her and will continue to use her.

I have had Suzanne cleaning my condo for the past 6 months or more and have been VERY pleased with her work-ethic, punctuality, professionalism and the knowledge she has about cleaning and what products work best. I have recommended her to several of my neighbors and she worked magic on their units as well. If you want your home cleaned PROPERLY....give Suzanne a call for an estimate. She's the BEST!!!

Suzanne is a an amazing gem! She is honest, fair, a great communicator and her work is by far better than any other cleaning service, hands down, no question. Her process and attention to detail is so thorough and complete you can totally trust she will take care of you. The original floor in the bathroom of my 1925 spanish bungalow has never been so clean...ever. My advice, just call Suzanne and use her services, I highly recommend.

This is the second time I have had Suzanne clean. She is extremely professional, prompt, and works enormously hard. I am extremely picky and typically have to re-clean after housekeepers leave, but not with Suzanne. She is amazing and does not just gloss over anything. She cleans deep. She is trustworthy and I have no concerns with giving her my key and her cleaning for me while I am away. I do not live full-time in my condo and frequently have guests when I am not there. Suzanne watches out for any problems that have occurred with guests and she closes down the unit for me (brings in furniture from balcony etc) when I am away. It is so nice to have one person you trust to take care of everything. She is tremendous

Needed a good cleaning in our house since it had been awhile since my husband & I gave the whole house a once over. I would absoutely call again in the future for another cleaning. The house smelled wonderfull too when I got home from work which was so nice to walk into. Thank you for being so punctual. We appreciate all you did.

Wow - What an amazing job Suzanne did! She tackled cleaning a house that had been a rental property for 3 years. I don't think the renters ever cleaned this house. I don't think either of us realized how bad it was until Suzanne started cleaning. It took her much longer than she anticipated - she could have quit and given up but she didn't. She was dedicated and determined to get this house clean!!! I truly appreciate her efforts and extreme hard work. The house sparkles again. I would recommend Suzanne and definitely use her again (no more rentals!).

My wife and I just purchased a recently "flipped" 3 bed/2 bath home that was still dusty & dirty from all of the repairs and such that the flipping company performed. There was wood dust in all of the the cabinet drawers, paint on windows, dusty floors, filthy bathrooms, etc... We called around and emailed numerous cleaning companies (at least 7) but Suzanne was the only person willing to come to our home to look everything over prior to giving us a quote. We love this because this ensures no "surprises" come cleaning day. She was very friendly and honest and Suanne quoted us a fair price for all of the work to be performed.
When Suzanne arrived, she went right to work and she really busted her butt for 8 hours. She made all of the paint on the windows disappear, she polished up the kitchen cabinets, she offered great tips and advice, and when she finished up, the entire place smelled wonderful and looked absolutely amazing. When my wife finally came home to see the results, she exclaimed that it was by far the best $275 that we have ever spent! We are very satisfied with Suzanne's work and we highly recommend her to everyone looking for someone who will do the job right. Thank you for a job well done!

Overall, the quality of the work that got done was great. Suzie was responsive and punctual, however, her assistant was late and needed to leave earlier than the finish time which caused Suzie to stay later and do more on her own. I think the job was bigger than what it was estimated to be as they ran out out time and didn't quite complete everything that was in scope. The majority of the work was completed with great attention to detail.

I rarely write reviews. My perspective is, as a customer, if I pay a fair price then I am entitled to good service. I believe good service should be the standard. But every once in awhile, you find a service provider that rises above all others; someone who delivers such exceptional work that he/she blows the others away. Which is the case with Susie. I selected her because of the feedback on the website; one customer even described her house as sparkling after Susie cleaned it. I now know what she meant- because my house is sparkling too.
Susie returned my call promptly, and was able to fit me into her schedule. I had an immediate need, and was not optimistic she would be able to assist, but she worked with me and found some flexibility in her schedule. Her work is amazing; she is a true professional, not only in the quality of her service but her approach and demeanor with customers. She even assisted me in the staging of my home in advance of a real estate showing.
Susie has my full endorsement, and I recommend her without any reservation.

I made a list for her for each room. She completed the list and then some. She used natural green products that were environment friendly. I have a dog so I appreciate that. She educated me in the products like vinegar for cleaning. My house literally sparkles and shines. I have chocolate terrazzo floors so they are beautiful shiny like a mirror. I have a dusty house and she got in the nooks and crannies to rid my house of dust bunnies. I am very pleased with her service and will employ her again.

When hiring Suzie to clean, we made sure to let her know our former cleaner had moved from the area and we were looking for a bi-weekly cleaning schedule. Suzie was on board and scheduled a few cleanings. She showed up on time and did a great job. I was so happy we found someone else!
From there , we scheduled a few more cleanings, one of which she did not show for, a mix up in her schedule, but she did re-arranged her other cleanings in order to fulfill ours later in the same week.
Suzie cleaned for us throughout this summer on a steady basis, but then August came and she said she was too busy and would have to contact us to re-schedule our next cleanings once she knew what her schedule was like. WE HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HER SINCE!!!!!

"I feel it is unfair to be judged on my inability to work for the owner due to the academic pressures of school. I discussed with the owner how hard it was to juggle school and work this semester and told her I needed to focus on school for a bit. she said she understood because she was returning to school online and would be home. She said she could take care of the cleaning herself for a while. I felt comfortable walking away to take care of what I needed to do. I never once thought I would have to explain my position in a review here on Angie's List. I believe good communication would have been a better way to deal with this issue. I am always available to a client if they want to talk about something. I am only a phone call away."

I met Suzanne at the new home for the estimate on the price. I rate the price as a C because I believe it was a fair price. I believe with this kind of service you get what you pay for. She didn't overcharge, but it was a lot of work .. I know because I didn't want to do it myself. I had every confidence that I would not disappointed. There is nothing worse than trying to unpack your moving boxes and having to wipe down a shelf before you can put anything away. Suzanne is worth every penny because I didn't have to worry about checking for dust or vacuuming in corners or wiping the floorboards while I was trying to unpack. She made the place sparkle! She is so conscientious, she even told me about some fog in a window that she couldn't get cleaned. The fog was inside a double-pane glass door. Obviously, moisture had gotten in there, which caused the fog. I wouldn't have expected her to get that. But I appreciate her professionalism in telling me in advance. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again!

My wife and I had our first baby 9 months ago and life has not been the same. That extra time after work to clean the house, poof gone. We tried our best to keep up with the cleaning and spending time with our little one. But cleaning kept getting pushed back. Finally we came to admitting that we needed help, and help came. Suzanne came in on time and got our place back to the way we like it, CLEAN!! My guys at work and my wife half jokingly say I have OCD, and I don't argue when they say that. I do like having things clean and organized. So Im hard to impress when it comes to cleaning because I look past the obvious and go straight for the details. Suzanne not only cleaned the obvious places, but also went for those detail places. I was impressed with her cleaning and very glad I selected her. When I feel our home is starting to look like it needs some help, I will be calling Suzie Homemaker for the rescue!!

Excellent response time to my inquiry. Suzanne was prompt and very thorough. She spent about 7 hours going through my house from top to bottom. Even cleaned my fridge and stove, which was not something I had expected with this kind of service. Would definitely use her again. Thanks Suzanne !
