Tim and Jamie were awesome! They started and finished the job within the estimated time frame and they showed up every day at 8 am when he said they’d be there. Tim lined up the subs required (a/c, plumbing, electrical) and kept the job on track. It wound up being more work than we’d intended due to old termite damage but he never skipped a beat. In the end, he reframed the entire room, put up new drywall, added a pocket door, fixed an existing door, patched the ceiling, added baseboard and trim and laid tile. Very happy to have found a good contractor and we’ll definitely use him again!

Tim and his helper were excellent. They were right on time and were diligent in working to complete the project. He removed the old doors and jams and installed the new ones in 1 day. He was very detailed in his work and you could tell he takes a lot of pride in what he does. Tim and his helper were very neat and clean. I will hire Tim in the future and am already planning my next project for him to do.

Tim was recommended by our painter. We have an English Tudor style house and needed some of the wooden trim replaced due to rotting, and some of the stucco needed to be repaired. We called Tim and left a message. He returned our call within 48 hours. Within a couple days he came over to find out what we wanted done. He had a quote to us within a few days and suggested he not start until a couple weeks before the painter so we wouldn't have unpainted wood on the front of our house for too long. He arrived on time, did a great job replacing the rotted wood, also installed a new door leading into our garage. The old door and frame were not installed well and were allowing air to flow through. Tim's work sealed the door and frame nicely and that area is air tight now. Tim hired a sub-contractor to do the stucco work. Tim oversaw the work and it was all done very well. The price ($1775.00) included everything - Tim's work, garage door, supplies, subcontractor. We will definitely call on Tim again - and can highly recommend him. He obviously knows what he's doing.

Tim is an excellent craftsman and an outstanding person. He arrived promptly to give me an estimate for the repairs to my wood-frame house. He delivered the estimate quickly and gave me a fair price for the requested repairs. Once I accepted Tim's proposal and we set a start date, he arrived on time each day to perform the work as outlined in the estimate, did his work diligently, professionally, and courteously. I am completely satisfied with Tim's work. This is his second job for me, and I will call him again when more repairs are required. It's a pleasure to do business with Tim.

Tim was great. He was very professional - always showing up on time, returning phone calls, following up on emails and leaving the work site clean. When we ran into a few minor issues, he called me right away to find out how I wanted to proceed rather than making assumptions. The work was completed in the time frame he estimated. The windows and doors look beautiful and operate smoothly. They are nice and tight with plenty of caulking to keep out the weather and debris.

They are very very nice to work with. The quality of their work is excellent. The crew is friendly and also nice to me. I even leave my house unlocked so they can use the bathroom if they need to. I believe they are trustworthy. They are even going to re-hang some planters and a stained-glass window piece for me. I got three estimates from three different companies. Their estimate was in the middle.

They removed the old windows and installed the new ones and did an excellent job by making sure that they are in straight and chalked very well. It is a great looking installation and we are enjoying how they look and the improved air conditioned comfort that is a benefit of the low E factor of these insulated windows. They started at 7:30AM and were finished by about 4PM that afternoon. They cleaned up very well after themselves and even removed some branches that had fallen on my roof over my garage during a storm.

They (Structure Solutions) gave the painting company an initial estimate based on what the Painting company saw as far as the needed wood repair on the whole house. The Structure Sol company does excellent work but did a poor job of follow up with the customer about agreed to follow up work estimates they said they would do. After I paid the company they never called back and gave me further estimates which involved work they agreed to do. They emailed me once stating the estimates are coming shortly but they never provided them. Similar to the cliché "the check is in the mail". This was for work easily totaling $ > 5,000 which were the installation of a few very large windows, French Doors and Gutters.

"I'VE ALWAYS TAKEN PRIDE IN MY WORK AS WELL AS HOW MY CUSTOMERS FEEL ABOUT THE WORK I'VE DONE FOR THEM. I'M GLAD THIS MEMBER WAS, FOR THE MOST PART, HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE WE GAVE HIM. THOUGH GRADE LETTERS "A" & "B" ARE GREAT TO SEE, I KNOW IT MAY NOT BE REALISTIC TO EXPECT IT FROM EVERY CUSTOMER. IT APPEARS THIS MEMBERS PRIMARY COMPLAINT WAS OVER NOT GETTING AN ADDITIONAL ESTIMATE. I WOULD HAVE RATHER THEM BETTER COMMUNICATE WITH ME THOUGH BEFORE GETTING SO UPSET. IT WAS NOT INTENTIONAL AND AN OVERSIGHT ON MY PART. I'M NOT SURE I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS ANYONE SO CONTENT WITH OUR WORK, YET SO IRATE OVER US NOT DOING THEIR ADDITIONAL PROJECTS. PERHAPS THEY JUST WROTE THEIR REPORT ON A BAD DAY. AS STATED WE FULFILLED OUR CONTRACT AS AGREED. COMPLETED JOB COST WAS $3565. NOT SURE WHERE THE $4400 CAME FROM. ANY DAMAGE NOT COVERED IN THE ORIGINAL CONTRACT THAT WAS DISCOVERED ONCE THE WORK WAS UNDERWAY WAS IMMEDIATELY BROUGHT TO THE MEMBERS ATTENTION. WE DISCUSSED OPTIONS TO CORRECT IT AS WELL AS THE ADDITIONAL COST IF THEY CHOOSE THAT ROUTE. MEMBER ALSO WALKED THE HOUSE POINTING OUT ADDITIONAL ITEMS, NOT ON THE CONTRACT, THEY WANTED TAKEN CARE OF. WE WERE HAPPY TO DO SO, AGAIN EXPLAINING IN ADVANCE, WHAT ADDITIONAL COST WOULD BE INCURRED IF THE WORK WAS DONE. EVERYTHING WAS AGREED IN ADVANCE. AS FOR THE MEMBERS COMMENT STATING THAT WE DIDN'T DO WORK "WE AGREED TO DO", HOW COULD WE HAVE AGREED TO ANY WORK IF I FAILED TO EVER SEND THE ESTIMATE? REGARDLESS, I'LL TAKE THIS MEMBER'S REPORT FOR WHAT IT'S WORTH, TO IMPROVE MYSELF AS A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. I HOPE THE BEST FOR THEM AND ANY OTHER BUSINESSES IN THE CONSTRUCTION FIELD THEY CHOOSE TO USE IN THE FUTURE."

Showed up on time and as expected. Worked with me to keep the project on time and at budget. The final costs were a bit higher than I had estimated but that was because I added more and more projects as he saved me money on others.

Tim did a super job analyzing and fixing a problem that many other people did not know how to fix. Several other contractors had come to my home, and left, with no ideas or recommendations. He studied the problem carefully, and described what he thought the issue was, and then proposed the solution to me, which was to rebuild the jam. With my approval, he proceeded to take apart the door jam, and realign it, and put it back together. The result was perfect; his work is very high quality, and he is very attentive to details. He even carefully removed the wood pieces from the old Jam, kept them in good shape as he removed them, so he could replace them after he re-leveled everything. As a result, he saved me from having to purchase a new door jam.

They replaced my laundry room and garage doors with fiberglass doors and added a door to the pool pump enclosure. They also removed the rotten wood from an existing balcony and replaced it with tongue and groove cedar and rebuilt the railing around the balcony.
