Tony the owner was low pressure, friendly and up front. He beat 2 competitors quotes and added in a piece of electronics other companies wanted $500 for. Curt and Josh the installers did a great job and were a pleasure.

My friend saw good reviews for Tony Quesada on the website. She called, requested references, which he gave her with no problem. The references checked out fine, so she decided to go for it, despite being a little apprehensive due to the much more affordable price. What a great service! It seems that not enough people now about it, so there it goes: it is for real. Great professionalism, they were punctual, the pool is wonderful for the 4th of July party!! Definitively recommend.

In June of 2007, I called Splash about leaks and they sent Mr. Joe Forrester to look at the leaks. He installed several metal sheets with a roofing mastic. In conversation with him, I was advised that their crew was inexperienced and that a number of other customers had the same problems. Mr. Forrester also advised me that my roof had rot damage from the leaks. When the repairs did nothing to stop the leaks, I called Mr. Forrester and he said he would get with his boss and see what could be done. Mr. Forrester never called back and did not return other calls. I hired a company to fix the roof and to properly install the solar panels. The expansion and contraction of the panels wore several holes in the roof. The degree of rot and decay indicated this had been a long term problem. Subsequent calls and letter (certified) did not get any response. I am now having to take them to Small Claims Court. Before going to court, we agreed to a settlement and I had the court date canceled. Big mistake. After it was canceled, Direct Energy ceased all communications and failed to pay the settled amount. They have been the worst home work/repair experience I have had and will have to re-file against them.

Their technician was very polite and professional. They did good work, and I am happy with the end result. They scheduled me in very quickly, which was important (this process had dragged on with another installer, and I was done with it!). They were more expensive than expected. In fact, I'm not entirely sure how accurate their estimate was (it called for 2 people for 1 day, but one of those two only stayed an hour to help get the panels up). I had agreed to the total, so I am not unhappy, but it was difficult to reconcile the work on the invoice with what was done. One thing that did not happen was the tech had said they would replace a leaking Jandy valve with another (that I had available). That was not completed, but it is a very very slow leak and I'm glad to have the work done. I am very happy with the end results: my pool is up 10 degrees and my kids are swimming.

WE DID HAVE TO ARGUE A LITTLE BEFORE THEY COMPROMISED ON PRICE BUT DID CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
