They were able to come the same day I called. Overall, a great experience, and I will definitely call them in the for routine maintenance.

From the beginning to the end, it was a flawless installation. 
The crew encountered plenty of challenges along the way:
- Handler and gas furnace was wedged into closet
- Almost zero access to attic
- copper lines in precarious locations
- drip lines in strange locations and in some parts not glued
- duct work in far worse condition than anticipated
Rusty, Ben and the team tackled all of the above with zero complaint or change in price. 
They left a perfectly running system and zero mess or problems.

About a month ago our 10-year-old A/C heat pump unit quit working. We've had it serviced twice a year since we bought it by the company we purchased it from. We were due for our semi-annual maintenance and had them come out. Their service technician told us we needed a new unit. I called Rusty's just to get an estimate. He came right out and within 10 minutes had our A/C working. He explained that it was only a temporary fix, and there was no telling how long it would last; but it was so wonderful to have the air back on. In the meantime, my husband's mother had a stroke; and we were busy dealing with things for her. We decided to sell our home and move to a larger one; so my mother-in-law can live with us if she chooses to. Tuesday evening, 4/1, the A/C was not working. We sent Rusty's an e-mail. His office called first thing Wednesday morning and said Rusty would be out. He came right away. We explained our new situation to him and told him we'd like a good unit at the least amount of cost. He made and received phone calls until he found what he was satisfied with for us. Two men were here this morning to install our new unit. By 2 o'clock this afternoon, the installation was complete and our A/C was working well. They were extremely professional, quiet, neat, and competent. We will absolutely us Rusty's for all of our needs in the future.

I called Rusty's late on a Friday afternoon. He responded to my call
immediately. I was looking for an estimate for my small business in
Clearwater and also one for my sister company in Tampa. Although he was
more than happy to help me out in Clearwater, He was completely upfront
with me and turned down the job because he didn't service Hillsborough
County. Rusty was extremely nice and HONEST. He spent the time to answer
ALL my questions, even though he had already turned down the job. What
excellent character! I wish more business people were like Rusty. If I
ever need assistance on this side of the bay, Rusty is the man I will be
calling! I am thoroughly impressed!

Rusty's was recommended to me by my neighbor and then I checked Angie's List. Reggie was delayed a couple hours because of emergency jobs that came up due to tropical storm, Debby but he called when he was on his way. Reggie was very professional and courteous and explained everything very clearly! He was extremely honest about the condition of our equipment which I appreciated very much! I would highly recommend this company to everyone!

They recently replaced our thermostat in our condo. I was very happy with them, and would continue to use them in the future.

They were very good. There were two men who came to do the complete inspection and check-up. The two men that came were very nice and professional. They did a thorough job. They explained things about the system, since we had just moved. They mentioned that our pump was really good. When our air conditioner goes, we will definitely have them replace it. Our condo president has seen some really poor jobs. These people do a lot, so they know the nuances of the systems.
