 + -1 moreThe guy has done a good job for us. He was very dependable. We have an old house and he was trying to put a new part on to our old house; so any problem, he just worked it through. He was very honest with us. He and his crew did an excellent job. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

 + 2 moreThe remodeling job was difficult because of the interface between existing house and new addition with a lot of unknowns when the project started. He handled them easily.
Description of Work: Dick Lynch put a 2nd story addition on my house. The project came in on-time and within budget. Delightful to work with. Always answers his phone and willing to modify his plan if changes are needed. I would recommend him without reservation.
