Bob is incredible! I totally trust him! I called another computer repair shop (from AngiesList) before deciding to work with Bob. They told me over the phone my computer likely had a hard drive problem. WRONG! They told me I could leave my computer with a receptionist, but said NO the receptionist wouldn?t be giving me a receipt for it. BAD BUSINESS! Bob on the other hand really understands his customers. He provides door-to-door service, gives you a receipt for computer he picks up, is thorough in analyzing the problem, and gets the repaired computer back to you as soon as possible. I got mine back in just 2 days. I wouldn?t think of using anyone else.
