Do not hire. No project management skills, very limited oversight, horrible communication and work that continually needed to be “fixed” or redone. Didn’t care about my house and left garbage, paint and debris everywhere for months. Only recall seeing him 3 or 4 times through the whole project, which took 8 months and there was no final walk through. I essentially had to communicate with him on a regular basis to point out and fight about all of the things that were done incorrectly. We had to acquiesce on MANY things throughout the home just to get through the project; things that we have to “live with” now. Failed our electrical inspection twice and after the first failure were told that we’d have to pay additional money to bring it up to code. This was after we had waited months for lights to be installed and after electrical plugs and lights that had once worked had stopped working. Had to go back and forth multiple times to “fix” things that were done poorly or damaged and had to get into arguments over many of them because he took no responsibility. There was always an excuse and a lot of finger pointing both within the organization and towards us. Now, 1 month later, our electrical still doesn’t work properly and we just found out the plumbing under the sink was done wrong. Have to hire an electrician to check the whole system and a spend hundreds more dollars to get the plumbing redone. The whole process was exhausting.

This company added a porch to the back of my house. "My cats enjoy it every day!" All members of this company were very pleasant, knowledgeable and extremely skilled. Project completed on time and within budget. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Some of the work was poorly performed. Especially wall texturing and door installation. Some of the work was not prepped properly, example new doors and outlets not taped prior to texturing walls and ceiling. Gaps in the doors not sealed, dust and debris came into garage and house. There was damage to door contact for alarm system and outside electrical cover. I have drywall materials on pavers, BBQ cover and sprinkler system check valves. After work was completed there was no cleanup.
