The inlet and outlet pipes are not plumb. There still is a sulphur-like odor to the water after two regenerations.

I had my water tested on a Thursday and on Friday they came in to install the system and within a couple of hours it was in and installed. I just like the fact that I’m bathing in clean water and when I wash my vegetables it’s in clean water the water that I give to my pets is now clean and not loaded with chemicals. I definitely noticed it when I get out of the shower my skin is softer and I do not require a lot of lotion. This has been some thing I have wanted to do for years and years and years and finally did it and I’m so glad I did and he gives me peace of mind.

We have had our system for approximately 3 weeks and can definitively say that it was well worth the investment and we wish we had done this YEARS sooner. We have county water and have been experiencing all of the issues that hard water causes from calcium and lime scale buildup, to cloudy ice, poor soap lathering, dry skin and lack-luster hair. We knew we needed to address these issues but it’s very difficult to navigate the marketplace with all of the providers, options & price points out there. We had seen a flyer for Purity Bay in one of the ValPak mailers. There were ads for a couple of competitors as well. We had even checked out Home Depot’s systems online. We decided to book an appointment with Purity Bay, and Jaime came to our house and tested our water to find the best solution for us. Learning about the many chemicals and impurities in our tap water was an eye opener. We decided on a mid-level system (with plans to possibly upgrade to the top-of-the-line model in the future). Installation was a few days later. We had a Reverse Osmosis system installed under our kitchen sink and had a line run through the cabinets over to our fridge for better ice and ultra filtered water from the fridge spout (in addition to the RO sink nozzle/faucet). We also opted to have the tank & salt container installed outside our kitchen window and Purity Bay offered an affordable and decent looking utility shed for their placement. It looks so much better than having them sitting out in the open, so I am happy we opted for that. We were able to finance the purchase over 6 months at 0% which was another convenience we appreciated. We are very pleased with the quality and purity of our water. We have even had visitors notice the difference! We will be recommending Purity Bay to anyone we know who is in the market for a water purifying or conditioning system. It’s truly a necessity for Florida homeowners and we believe Purity Bay is among the best providers available.

The installation was quick and painless and we're extremely happy with the system. We've saved tons on bottled water and our hair and skin and clothes are all in much better shape since installing this filter.
