BUT the materials like the plywood and the facia board are the cheapest I've ever seen. Instead of using 3/4 plywood they installed chip board. This was at a cost of $100.00 a sheet and they replaced 13 sheets. There wasn't any listing as to anything replaced just the final cost. When I asked a question he always finished with the answer with don;t worry I got you. Well yep he got me for an extra 2K. Only one person on site spoke English, so any questions I had to track him down. The roof does look good but I have to worry about inferior wood under the shingles.

The destruction crew showed up early and worked hard tearing the shingles off. Every few hours, someone would walk the perimeter of the house, picking up pieces of shingle and nails and junk from the roof. It was stripped and repaired before the end of the day. They started the shingles and worked quickly and by 4:00 on day 2, they were finished. My neighbor had his roof done by them, so I knew what to expect, but I was very impressed with their neatness and attention to detail. Everyone was businesslike and efficient. One thing worth mentioning is that I ended up with an air conditioning problem that night and called an electrician. He traced the problem to a nail that had come through the roof and grazed an AC power line. (It was a one in a million problem and certainly not an error of the roofer!) When I called PHI to tell them, Pete came over in an hour and was crawling around in the attic himself. Although I had to get an electrician to finally find the problem, PHI IMMEDIATELY took the cost of the electrician off my bill and apologized. To me that demonstrated professionalism. Besides that, I think the roof looks great and it works even better! I am ready for hurricane weather again.

Sales pitch couldn't have been any better but after the two contracts were signed communication pretty much ended except for talking to the answering machine. Roofing crew came out finished in two days left out some flashing that we were promised . Somebody from the office came out to collect the 17,000.00 and I paid but told her about missing flashing was told she would get right back to us. Waited a week and a half but only got answering machine with no call back decided at this time to cancel the rest of our contract which was 4,000.00 dollars more of work. The worst part was nobody seemed to care or even ask why

Jeff came over and measured everything within 10 minutes I had my quote, I picked out the color Jeff explained everything to me. The price, the warranty (that was a huge factor). We got to the price and ready to go. They called on Monday, said they would start Tuesday. I got home from work and the entire roof was just about completely. They were so good and i was just amazed how well these group of roofers worked together. They tapered the flat roof so I will have better run off and no ponding (as it's called), I honestly could not be happier about my purchase and experience with this team of people. They are prompt and in my opinion went above and beyond my expectations! I would highly recommend them.

I only chose them because they were going to deliver other services but never did. It took them 2 months to get out here. You don't sign the contract with someone and then up the price after you sign the contract. Because now they are saying we can't do it for that price now. I think that he said pretty much what he could to get the business. He had no intention of honoring the price.

"In Respond to Mrs. [Member Name Removed] Delay, 2 months before we started her roof and other work Requested, Mrs [Member Name Removed] was out of the country, so only communitation was over the phone. Also, provied to us was an additional list of work for 3 added ac supplies to be roughed in to the flat roof, which was not include in her original work order and there would be additional charge, also extensive celling damage in her garage and bedroom. This list was proved buy a freind of hers while she was away, their was no commitment on her part for the additional work so we waited to hear from her. Mrs [Member Name Removed] Later Called us to start her Roof installation and additional work she approved. The roof was completed and inspected, and all other work completed. Upon Meeting With Mrs [Member Name Removed] in person and final payment was made, she was very satisfied with her new roof. Mrs [Member Name Removed] had the Option of hiring another roofing company. and in fact did receive another estimate But ours was much lower ."

I work with both Jeff & Pete & both were easy to work with. Not only did they do what they promised but they went above & beyond what they said they would and even added a few things at no charge. Their employees were prompt, professional & courteous. I would recommend Property Home Improvement to anyone or business needing a roof. My only complaint would be they still haven't put their sign in my yard telling everyone where my great roof came from. :) good job guys

Well, after all the sales pitches from the different roofing companies, I looked over all the notes we took, and then did my own Internet research on roofing. We chose PMI for the better quality parts they use, because in the end you need all the strength your home can have, especially we are in a high wind area. I love the practical ideas of a superior undercoating than the usual industry standards. I like having more nails per shingle. I like a company that does all it can to use only the finest materials. PMI is smart. They keep up with all prices in all the places like Home Depot that sells contractors their raw materials, and then gets the best parts @ the cheapest prices, even if they have to travel 50 or even a 100 miles to get competitive prices, then PMI gives back to you the smart discounted savings! Hey, that's smart. The president and owner is one very decent and hard working man, who does his selfless best to make sure you get, really, and quot;The Best of the Best.and quot;

The sales rep went on the roof, took pictures and reviewed all with me. Two days after signing the contract (for what I considered a reasonable price), the owner of company came out and re-inspected the roof. He explained some serious issues. I signed the form for permits. The re-roof was to start on the following Mon or Tues. Owner of the company called me on Sunday to say there would be a delay until Wed. due to the forecast of rain.
Wed. morning at 7:30 a.m. the crew showed up and started working on the roof. The job was completed on Thurs morning. All materials used were seriously upgraded from what had been there including some needed vents. A final repair was made to the overhang on Friday morning.
All representatives of the company were very professional, and pleasant to deal with. Communication was excellent. The crew did not leave the job until all repairs were made. Clean up was outstanding.
I have already recommended this company, and am willing to give references to any of their future jobs.

Property Home Improvement did a great job. Their workmanship, quality of material, efficiency, and cleanliness were all terrific. The people never stopped until they were finished. They knew what they were doing. It was top of the line materials and I have no complaints whatsoever as far as the workmanship goes. They were higher than other bids, but the material they used was worth the extra money.
