Both Sid and Jason were excellent. Punctual and professional. I will be using them again in the future, and I highly recomend them to everyone.

Sid and Jason did a great job.  They were professional, friendly, and they showed up when they said that they would. My old house posed some problems, but they kept at it and got the job done.  We were happy with their work.

sid said that his employee would come this time to us , we are on the south side in the tierra verde..  His emplyee was young, on time and wearing a home depot tool belt, which confused me at first.... I had him check that our spa pump was tripping the circuit breaker so he tested that the pump was bad, and disconnected.I finally found a pool repair person to replace the pump.. I had a light fixture that I was going to install inside, but did not like the way it looked after opening the box..... so I asked his advice about the best fixture to illuminate the center island , but he did not have any suggestions.... I asked him, and also sid over the phone why my 2 ceiling fans that used to be perfectly balanced , that after I painted the blades, removing them and then rescrewing the blades back on,,, terribly imbalanced....... Neither had an idea,,, eventually, I remembered that our retired electrician used to add weights to balance.... so it gave me the idea to remove the blades again and weigh each one..... 4 of the blades weighed 8 ounces, 4 of them 11 ounces each and I had mixed them up, so no wonder the fans were off balanced,..... i was glad not to buy new fans, but disappointed that the young guy did not have any suggestions about the center island fixture or the fans.

We had replaced a ceiling fan and after we installed it, turned on the power and found that the power hadn't come back on.  So we called Progressive Electric and they came out the next day to take a look.  It turns out the breaker hadn't been properly reset, and Sid was able to figure that out.  Once it was properly reset, the power returned.  He also looked at two light fixtures we had had installed previously, ones that currently weren't working.  Sid fixed the problem quickly.  Since they have a one hour minimum visit, and he had only been there 1/2 hour, he offered to install the fan.  (We had taken it down when we started having the power issues.)  The fan is now working, the lights are all work, so we are happy!  Sid was professional and friendly, so would use again if we need electrical help.

they were here when they were supposed to be  and worked longer hours than I expected them to work. There are no don'ts  with the guys we had. They did everything right.

I called Sid on Sunday and he was able to come out Tuesday afternoon.  He found the problem right away and fixed it.

Sid worked tirelessly and completed the project on time, within budget and PROMPTLY returned for ANY punch list item regardless of how picky.

 Kopper Electric was very professional, prompt and did the job. We will defiantly use them again and recommend  them to our friends and co-workers.

I wanted to install an outside motion light in the backyard.  I called Sid and left a message to set up a time for an estimate.  He was prompt in his return call, and arrived exactly when he said he would.  He even called to let me know he was on his way.  He was honest about his upcoming schedule, which I appreciated, and informed me when he would be able to come out and complete the job, which required running electrical wiring through the attic.  Sid was back out at the house exactly when he said he would be there, completed the job in a professional manner, and cleaned up after himself.

I love Sid. He is a swell fellow. He has done a lot of work for me, and he always seems to get here when I need him. I think he is reasonably priced. He works very efficiently; by himself. I will continue to sue this provider.

This is first of several times that I have called on Sid Hager (Progressive Electric Inc.). His professional, meticulous, and courteous service was apparent at each time he came to work on my home. It has been many years since I have been able to find an electrician that I would trust the quality of work and now I?ve found one. As we have been remodeling our home I have been remiss in getting this appraisal out to Angie?s List. I will be calling on Sid for my electrical work for many years to come.

Sid Hager provided exemplary service; when bidding for the job, he was prompt, appeared professional, and provided a bid in a timely manner.  When hired, he worked with us to determine an install date as we were also coordinating with the pool installer and city inspectors.

Upon date of install, he arrived early and worked diligently through the day despite the hot temperatures both outside and in the attic. We encountered a problem with the pool installer's elec pump cord therefore causing a delay for the electrician. However, he worked through the problem and came back the next day to finalize the job.

The installation of the light timer went smoothly, but its programming proved to be a bit challenging.  However, Mr. Hager showed tenacity as he worked out the problem at home and later phoned us with the directions.  The timer works just fine.

While I would "not" rehire the pool installer ( Dive Right In Pool Installations), I would call Progressive Electric, Inc. back to my home and recommend him to friends and family.  Finally after some negative encounters with various service providers including carpenters, plumbers,etc., Progressive Electric, Inc. demonstrated that there are still some good ones out there!

He came when he said he would and spent 2 days installing the lights.  Everything went on smoothly.
