I had a lamp outside, and it kept going off and burning the bulb, so I thought it was probably something wrong with the electrical connection. I called them and had them come. They checked everything, and it wasn't that. They suggested that I try a different type of bulb in there and that made a difference. They answered my questions and took care of the problem.

I would not particularly necessarily refer them to others. I just do not like the company. I would not use them again in the future.

I buy the service for $3.95 a month. They come out and fix any electrical repairs. They send out a person that is a licensed contractor. They're very prompt coming out if you have any electrical problems. I've used them several times. I would say to join this program with your electric company. If you have any electrical problem they will fix it with all new products.
