Mark is not a man of his word and he does not stand behind his work. We spent thousands of dollars to resurface our pool and lay a brand new travertine deck and the deck is already giving us an ugly problem because it was not sealed properly, and it is turning all white. Mark refuses to help us or give us any information about what product he used to seal our deck and what manufacturer the tile came from so we could try and rectify the problem. Our deck is only 2 and a 1/2 months old and it looks like it's 10 years old. Now I have to go out and pay a professional to seal my deck the right way.

Mark Adkins and his workers at Pool & Spa Creations are fantastic. The work was done in a little over the estimated time. Reason being, the pavers we had selected did not meet Mark's quality standards. He kept us informed throughout the entire job. His workers were great. They were timely. Cleaned everything up at the end of each. And above all the workmanship was excellent.

Marc’s team were efficient, neat, on time and professional. The original determined amount of money required did not change despite them removing almost 95% of the pool floor and walls to replace. One team removed the old material and another replaced it with the material we selected. Both teams were courteous and very neat. They completed their part of the repair efficiently. Marc was a straight shooter giving us a clear picture of the process and was available ble when we had questions. The final product is outstanding!

Work was excellent, but my pool set up needed some repairs after they were finished which they may or may not have contributed to.

A great experience. From the time Mark came out to give a quote until the final very professional worker left our pool, our experience was fantastic. The price quoted was extremely competitive and Mark took the time to explain all the details of what would need to be done, how it would be done and the amount of time to expect. Mark was very responsive to our questions over the phone or via email. He promised a start date and met the date. He personally made sure to check the progress of the work and make sure everything was going to our expectations. I highly suggest this company if you need work done on your pool. Having a properly insured, respectful, competitively priced, and a very professional team complete the work, this is an outstanding company.

Pool and Spa Creations Inc were very polite, all the workers were very nice, they were on-time, they all did an excellent job, the pool looks great, they really did a nice job, they were very efficient, they had it done in like a week. They behaved very professionally and they were polite and courteous.

Mark, the owner of Pool and Spa Creations, came to my residence to do an estimate for a re-model on our pool deck, adding a 12' x12' deck extension and cutting a french drain between the deck and the house for drainage. After talking with Mark and him answering several of my questions, I was very impressed by his knowledge and matter of fact. I also had 3 other companies come out and also give me an estimate on the project. After receiving the project cost from Mark, I decided to use his company for the project because it appeared to me that he had high integrity and I felt his work ethic would be well above average. Mark and his crew arrived at my house every morning at the time they said they would be there and did their work until the project was completed. At the end of work each day, Mark and his crew left the work area very neat. When the job was finished, our decking looked exceptional. Mark and his crew does the job right and doesn't take short-cuts. This company is very professional and I highly recommend them. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Thank you Mark, Kenny and Howard.

Mark came out within 2 days of my call and gave us an estimate for resurfaceing the pool, replacing the tile and laying pavers on the lanai. His estimate was right on with others we had gotten; I liked him immediately because of his honesty and professionalims. Once I chose his company to do the work, we set a date to start. He took me to the warehouse and helped me pick pavers, and tile, steering me to selections that would allow me to stay within budget. Due to a delay with another "job" pending, Mark and his crew were able to start ahead of schedule. The crew was just as professional as Mark, and did an incredible job. They cleaned up after themselves, worked dilagently everyday they could ( a couple of weather delays). and finished ahead of schedule.
We had a slight "glich" with our pool light: the wires were severed during the instilation of the drain on the lanai. This was not discouvered untill about a week later. After an electrician was able to estabilsh just what had happen, Mark was back and found the break and repaired it at no additional cost. We were very satisfied.
Overall, my husband and I could not be more pleased, and would readily recommend Pool and Spa Creations.
