PCS built a beautiful pool for my daughter! She had zero problems with them and always tells us how much she loves her pool. When we visit her we love looking at it too. The waterfall is very nice to look at and I like the sound as well.

We have been in business over 8 years and have delivered hundreds of pools to hundreds of satisfied customers. Our reviews consistently show us delivering a high quality pool in a very reasonable period of time, especially during the challenging times of a Covid pandemic, supply chain issues, unprecedented demand for pools, and in this particular case during rainy season. Here are the facts: 1. Contract signed 1/25/22; Pool completed and filled on July 25, 2022. Six-month completion time, which is very good. We have honest, hardworking employees and subcontractors, and we deliver beautiful pools at a fair price. We proudly stand behind every pool we build and have a great warranty program."

It is coming up on a year for my pool build. Pretty simple build. Every step along the way had been excused. Cannot get the project manager to respond to me. No promised deadline has been met. They have increased the price multiple times. I have no idea when it will be done. I have had to contact an attorney as I am going to have to hire a new contractor to finish the pool. Worst contractor I have ever dealt with.

We researched 7-8 different companies. PCS was the most responsive and attentive. They have an excellent selection of tile, pavers, and equipment, many of which would be upgrades at other companies. Our project manager, Alex, was attentive and very easy to work with. We don't hesitate to recommend them highly. We are enjoying our beautiful pool thanks to PCS and their professional crews.

Cant say enough great things about this company. My sales guy, Dave was amazing! Kept in contact with me through the entire process. Even now i call him with questions he answers promptly, our pool was done in November of 2020. Incredible workmanship!

The overall project took a bit longer than expected but more to do with the sub contractors than anything else. Pete and his team was great at communication and easy to get a hold of regardless of time. We are very happy with our pool and looks wonderful.

Art meets fine engineering... ...art as in patterns, colors, and shapes; engineering as in the materials, structure of the build. Tim, of Pinellas Construction Services, put together my front yard paver project in collaboration with me with great attention to detail, design and carefully estimated material supplies, a fine,highly skilled, efficient, paver installation crew that was a pleasure to watch working, and all at a reasonable and fair price. Tim supervised the job throughout the process, made himself available to me and the crew, and made sure that I was pleased with the finished project. I can recommend Tim and PCS to the readers for their paver project.

They did a very professional job. We had a few issues with water main, sprinklers and cable TV, but it all got solved and the pavers look great. Project manager did a great job watching over the work.

After procrastinating for far too long, I FINALLY followed through on getting the pool installed that I had wanted so badly all these years. I did a tremendous amount of research, which is my nature, and I finally decided to give Pinellas Construction Services my business. Though they appeared to be a younger company, I found that successful pool construction had been in their family for quite a long time. Working with Jordan and Justin, and their easy going nature was a breath of fresh air after being "hard sold" by so many of their competition. The unvarnished truth they gave me regarding the involved process of the construction put me at ease, and prepared me properly for what I would be facing by taking on this project. It all played out pretty much exactly as they said it would, and in the end I could not be happier about the results !!! Thank You so much to everyone at Pinellas Construction Services for making my pool "dream" finally come true.

I never knew what I was getting into when installing a pool because this is my first and last pool. You have to trust the experts. I want people to know that if you ask Jordon or Justin the questions they give you the answers. Would you do this again yes, would you use them again absolutely. My pool is almost complete and I have been in it already. The salt system will go on in about a month and the cleaners at the same time. We are just waiting for the pool the cure... The last part is getting the yard back together. Expect a mess.. this is a big process...but it is well worth it.
