Lightning cuased my desktop power supply to work intermittently. They quickly figured it out and repaired it for a reasonable price. Would use again.

Pinellas Computers is top notch in my book. I had an emergency with my work laptop over the weekend. The Tyrone location was kind enough to refer me to the Largo location who'd be able to take a look at it sooner than they would. Mercedes M. was a freakin lifesaver!!! I popped in about 10-15 minutes before closing on Saturday just to get it dropped off to be assessed Monday morning, and could not have been more pleased. Mercedes offered exemplary customer service, being knowledgeable and courteous. She could have easily just checked in my laptop and sent me on my way, but she took the time to look at it and was able to perform the necessary repair same day. The fact she worked until a minute past the closing time just to take care of me was notably appreciated. Then you consider I was in charged only $30 for a quick fix was just mind blowing. I'm so grateful I was referred to them by someone I know who's used them, and would highly recommend them and use them personally moving forward. In comparison to the time I used Geek Squad at Best Buy, this was like a dream. Excellent quality work, stellar staff and unbelievably reasonable rates. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

It went fantastic! They found a new keyboard for my out-of-production laptop that I love, and for about the same price that a used one would cost. They had the part there in a couple of days and called me to tell me it had arrived. When I dropped the computer off one afternoon, it was ready the next day and it was done right the first time, as usual. I've been using Pinellas Computers for years now, starting way back when Ryan, the owner was working out of his garage. NOBODY else even gets to touch my computers for any kind of work or upgrade. When I bought the Lenovo through them, it was after a complete discussion of how I use my computer and then they performed the upgrades we had agreed upon to customize it for my use. Fantastic service, great communications, very knowledgeable and professional. Their prices also seem quite reasonable and all costs are clearly explained before they do anything.

Our WiFi was driving us crazy. I made some changes without realizing it and couldn’t fight my way out of that paper bag. Took Stuart B about an hour but he got everything going perfectly. That was 10 Days ago and it’s still going strong. And the price! Nearly 1/2 the hourly rate of the company we had been using. And nearby. Overall we are thrilled that we went with Pinellas Computer on Walsingham.

Bob & Josh were lifesavers. They were able to clone the hard drive and extract all data files without losing one file! Unfortunately the operating system files had been corrupted to the point that the operating system and some program files would need to be reloaded for satisfactory operation. These guys really know computers and provide quality service for very fair pricing. Pinellas Computers of Walsingham is my go to place for computer related issues.

I brought the laptop into the Walsingham store and spoke with Zach W; described the problem and Zach said he thought the hard drive was becoming defective. I paid the very reasonable diagnostics fee and left the computer. Zach called later that day and confirmed his diagnosis. I optioned to purchase a solid state drive online and had Pinellas Computers install it the following business day at the same time that they reinstalled Windows for, once again, a very reasonable fee. If you've ever felt "taken" when paying for such services, believe me, you won't feel that way when dealing with Pinellas Computers Walsingham. Both Zach and his manager were personable, knowledgeable and professional.

Upon entering this establishment we realized these guys were busy. They were able to tag team us - when one got a phone call, the other took over and vice versa. They did this very professionally and thoroughly without offending us. All of our questions and concerns were handled nicely, and, in the final analysis it was determined that our old computer had a severe mother board problem and needed replacement. Options were discussed and we ended up purchasing a refurbished computer which more than met our needs. A major concern for us, not being computer savvy, was setting up the computer and copying all the information from the old machine. They had the capacity to clone the info from the old to the new - Presto! Our concerns were met, and problem solved. This was all accomplished in 24 hours. We were very happy with the service and the complete experience. These guys were friendly, engaging, professional and... they got the job done in most acceptable time with the least amount of frustration or on our part. They both displayed full confidence in what they were doing and suggesting - their performance ability, and were able to alleviate all of our skepticism and concern about spending a lot of money a new computer. A phone call to Bob the next day quickly solved a set up problem, and we couldn't be happier. My partner is 75 yrs. old and I'm 69. We're a gay couple that knows very little about computers, but depends greatly on them to perform in this world today. It's easy to be a bit intimidated and skeptical in this fast and ever changing world. We have always bought computers at the big box stores even though our proclivity is to buy locally from independently owned small businesses and small business owners. We believe in the importance of supporting our small, locally owned and operated businesses and promote networking and awareness to encourage it. From now on, Pinellas Computers is on our list of businesses we will recommend to our friends and family. If you can do business with people like this, why would you go anyplace else?! We thank them for their great service, their friendly manner and their professional acumen, and trust they will not disappoint as they continue to grow and become more successful as time goes on.

Josh has a great deal of knowledge about computers and works very hard to fix the problem. We had to take it back as we still had some issues but he worked really hard to fix the problem and now our old laptop is working almost like new. I would tell anyone to go to them for service and ask for Josh. I am very satisfied.
