They were very nice to deal with! They sent a small truck and did all the packing for me and took it to my daughter's house and unloaded it. They seemed flexible in working aroud the timing and packing. They were even flexible on the day that I could do it.

We set the expectation to have our furniture delivered within 4 to 6 weeks. I have made several attempts to contact this company about the delivery of eight pieces of furniture. They have not been delivered, but they are awaiting to get loaded in Tampa as I am in Orlando. They have told me it would be delivered, when I talked to them last (about a week ago) they told me it would be delivered that week. It was not delivered. I don't mind waiting a big longer, but I wish they would keep me informed about where my furniture is at and the delivery time.

I hired Piggyback Moving to move my grandmothers antique bedroom set from my house to my daughters house in Atlanta, GA.
I was VERY impressed with Chrissy my sales representative from my first contact with the company. Dan and Brian were my drivers.
They were both friendly and knowledgeable in the special handling antiques require. I thought I'd be very nervous having these pieces handled as they mean so much to me. But I was re-assured by the care Dan and Brian took at my house wrapping and packing each piece with such gentle handling. I can't say enough how grateful I am that I found Piggyback Moving. I'd highly recommend them to my family and friends!
