We have used Paul Hartman Construction many times over the past 10 years or so and the whole process was seamless this time as usual. Paul and an associate did all the work--they were punctual, professional and cleaned up the work site at the end of each day. This particular job was complicated by two factors: other poor construction in the area done by the previous owners and some weird initial construction elements that required some thinking outside the box. After a couple of consultation visits and some research, Paul came up with a great solution to all the problems and we couldn't be happier with the results. I will tell you, he's a great problem solver--this isn't the first time we've had some challenges on a project.
At the time of this review, about a year has passed since the completion of the project and we have not had any issues with anything. We initially thought to go with a medium quality door and windows because they were cheaper, but at this point I'm really happy Paul suggested the impact resistance ones. They are so solid and have a lot of sound mitigation elements that block out the squawking teenagers in the pool.
Sometimes you have to be patient and wait until you can start a project because they are always so busy, but we have always had a great experience with this contractor. I like that they don't half-4ss anything and will keep you up to date on what's going on through the whole project.

Excellent and responsive. He showed up on time and was efficient. Would hire him again and have referred him already to other builders.

They did a great job.   Very professional, provided cost efficient options, demonstrated high quality work, and delivered in a timely manner.   I would definitely recommend this contractor.

 He was professional and fixed a few road blocks that came up during the project.  For example the replacement patio door was a few inches shorter then the previous opening.  Paul made sure to fill in the gap so it looks like it has been there from the start. 
He also had the make changes for our kitchen window which is in a bump out in the kitchen.  The new window was thicker then the previous window.  Paul took the time to install drywall to make sure the window was now flush so there were no gaps.
He is very professional and someone who will tell you what does or does not need to be done.  You can trust him to come do work for you as both myself and my sister have used him.  For my sister he built an addition to her home.  She was very pleased with his work as well.

We were extremely pleased with his work, his professionalism, honesty, and resourcefulness.  He is the man for the job if you can get him!

I spent $11700 on that work. I liked their quality and their attitude. The project went exactly as planned. They did exactly what they had said they will do.
