I hired a different contractor, because John just blew me off. When I was working in Afghanistan, Iraq, and Oman the last 5yrs, he responded to my Mom right away. But, after I resently spent $500 on a new fan and freon, and needed a new system, he never returned phone calls. He used to be like an uncle to me, but I had no choice but to hire a different aircon guy. He just doesn't care about his customers, because you can always get a new one.

Very smoothly. But, he's constantly telly my I need a new system. BUT, he never returns phone calls. So, I finally went with anothner vendor.
Unfortunately thes guys don't care, because they have many customers.
I'll NEVER use this guy again.

I grabbed a couple of his cards because I was so impressed. I would definitely use them again in the future. I have referred them to a few people already this month.

John is the ultimate professional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made suggestions as how I could keep my system working properly, not in a hurried rush like most other A/C (or other service) guys. I will happily recommend North and South Air to anyone and everyone. It would be great if other service people were this knowledgeable and professional.

They were fine. Their pricing was certainly very reasonable. I will use them again.

One of his helpers misstepped and went through the kitchen ceiling. Thankfully his was not hurt. John had another contractor come in and complete patch job was done and after the paint was done you would not know that it had happened. This was all done at North and South Air's expense. No extra charge to me.
