Mueller Professional Lawn Services Inc

It went fine while they came, but, about 8 months in they never came back. I had paid all the bills, so it was a mystery, but, since I figured our lawn was looking fine, and maybe they were checking it while I was not at home. But, nope, months have gone by, and no contact. When the lawn started looking rough in patches, I called them, thinking they unintentionally forgot about me, but, it has been 3 days, and no call back. Needless to say, I will be coming up with a new solution for the problem areas in our lawn.

Mueller Lawn Service either forgot to treat the lawn or forgot to post the "keep off pesticide treatment" signs on two occasions. Neither option is acceptable to me. I'm not saying the company intentionally avoided doing the job they were paid to do but something got lost in communications. I decided it was best not to continue using Mueller Lawn Services. I spoke to the owner of the company and he stated he would check the lawn and have it treated again. To my knowledge, he did not check the lawn and he did not call me if he did inspect the lawn. The condition of the lawn was not as nice as when another company was doing the work a few years ago. We stopped using the other company because we weren't living in the house for a two-year period. I gave the Mueller lawn Service an "A" for pricing based solely on my belief their charges are fair and reasonable. However, it would be a "D" when taking into account that the work was not properly completed.
