It could not have gone better. I had tried to go thru Apple to figure out the issue, but only ever had them run a bunch of standard things that I also found online. I'm fairly computer tech-savvy, but simply could not figure out the issue. I knew the symptoms, but couldn't diagnose. I posted here on Angi for tech support, and the only one who got back to me was Robert, from MobileTech2You. He had read my issue on my Angi post, but wanted me to walk thru it with him so he could ask questions. Unlike Apple, he listened and reacted to what I did, not the bulletpointed responses Apple tech fed me. At the end of our conversation, he told me that I was going to need to replace my fusion drive, which made perfect sense after he explained why. The Fusion Drive tech Apple used was wonky at best, and is why it only lasted a short time. He replaced the drive on my iMac. (no small thing since my iMac had the glued-in screen) I got it back in 2 days, and it's been running wonderfully since. I can't recommend Robert and MobileTech2 you enough. He has all the experience and knowledge anyone could ask.

Excellent! They were prompt and thorough. We got way more education than we probably needed and never felt rushed. While I initially wanted just a fix, I realize the importance of having a basic understanding of the issue. Highly recommend this company. Price was very reasonable.

Robert was fantastic. Well versed in computer knowledge, he installed our network of 8 computers, backup server, and security network. He saved us countless YEARS of work when he was able to restore our corrupted Quickbooks files that were damaged during a virus. He's always in a positive mood and always has a good story to share. Robert has been an integral part of our business and we are extremely grateful for all that he's done. Highly recommend!

Robert is excellent. He is available whenever we need him. 24/ 7. He has handle all our computer needs efficiently for over a year now. He is very knowledgeable and educates you on troubleshooting. We had several other companies come out to repair the computer and no one other than Robert could resolve our computer issues. Our business has grown due to him.
