Description of Work: Wired some lighting and fans, had problems with the fan connections, they spent a lot of time and gave us a discount because they spent so much time trying to get the fan to work. We didn't expect this discount, but they were very polite and professional and wanted us to be happy.

Description of Work: They installed an electrical outlet under my sink. The tech rep was originally going to charge me almost $350.00 for the job until I told him that was way too expensive. He then came down to $150.00. He knew the original quote was grossly overpriced. I don't like dealing with people that try to take advantage of a customers ignorance.

Description of Work: They were contracted to redo electric on a newly rebuilt dock. The job was a disaster from start to finish and we continue to have problems. They have returned multiple times to redo things that were done wrong. If I was the owner I would have refunded the bulk of our money and let us contract with a company that knows what they are doing!

Description of Work: breaker box was not labelled - bought deal on angies list for labeling all breakers - have had 3 remodellings and unfortunately labels had not been kept up - at time of all circuits being identified, the tech noted that some of the circuits were overloaded. box had many more circuits than what the box was made for - ending up with 2 boxes to hold all the wiring. feel much safer how

Description of Work: Installed an exhaust fan in bathroom (new fixture) and added new outlet; work on the outlet was messy - a jr tech did the work and did't clean up well after himself. Work on the fan was great - they went above & beyond, working in a very tight attic space. They are very expensive.
