They were very response and communication was excellent. Nick showed up in the time frame as promised for a quote and the price was very reasonable so I opted to have him just complete the project rather than continue with getting estimates

"Mr. Sparky" is out to make as much $$ from you as possible... period. I paid them over $3,000 for electric repair due to Hurricane Helene (a tree fell on my AC power box), per their inspection and estimate. They got the AC working, however, there were still 2 outlets inside that were not working when they left (they said they would look at that the next day and make it right), and later that evening I lost power to other areas of my house... areas that were still working before Mr. Sparky "fixed" my AC problem... simply by turning on a porch light. The next day they told me it would cost another $4,500 to fix those areas that they screwed up. GOUGING DURING A DISASTER IS NOT COOL. UPDATE: I just found out that Mr. Sparky's "electricians" cut away the wiring from a 50 amp panel at my shed in order to use the same hole for the conduit/wiring they installed under my mobile home from my AC unit, most likely out of laziness and to make the job easier for them. The additional $4,500 they want would be to add a NEW panel in order to restore power to my washer/dryer, refrigerator and outside electrical (lights, outlets, etc.). To top it off, they left the original conduit flopping around on my deck, and zipped tied it to the new conduit (see photo). THE ONLY THING MR. SPARKY COULD DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT IS TO REFUND AT LEAST $2,000 OF THE INITIAL $3,000 THEY CHARGED ME. SINCE THAT'S UNLIKELY, I WILL BE FILING COMPLAINTS WITH THE BBB AND ANY OTHER AGENCY I CAN FIND. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE OUT OF BUSINESS, AND IF I CAN HELP MAKE THAT HAPPEN I WILL. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.

Wonderful work on a callback to fix a simple issue, that we couldn't diagnose ourselves. No charge on previous work done.

Nick came to fix an outlet with old wiring, ran diagnostics, checked panel box. He made recommendations to upgrade electrical panel and gave me prices for different options. Great working with him.

I called Mr Sparky to fix several outlets that were not working. Not only did they get my outlets working again, they changed out my switches and outlets plus installed a porch light for me! Great service, very professional and I’d hire them again

I had the power go out for the kitchen stove and selected this company because they had a $77 coupon against service fees. The technician came out and looked at the outlet and the circuit breaker in the house. The power was good on the breaker but not on the outlet. I had already checked both. He then said it would be a $216 diagnostics fee. Since I thought it was in the wiring and had the coupon I agreed. He then went out the back door to another breaker box on the back of the house I didn't know was there and reset the breaker there. I think he knew the breaker box would be there. So the company gets you to sign something for a $216 diagnostics no matter what is wrong. With the coupon I paid about $139 for no real diagnosis and less than 20 minutes of his time. After he left I called another company, AND Services, to see if this was common practice. They said no that they would come out for no charge and then based on the problem give me an estimate. Use AND Services and stay away from this company.

Our technician was named Tim and he couldn't have done a better job. He was pleasant, courteous, and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained everything that needed to be done, and what my options were. I am delighted with the entire experience and highly recommend Tim and Mr. Sparky!

I Emailed a total of six electrical contractors, recommended by Angi list. Only three contacted me. One wanted $69 dollars just to come out and give me an estimate, the second said they sent me an Email, I never got it. The third came out quoted me a price, I told them to go ahead with the work, but that's the last I ever heard from them. ( Call three times ). I called Mister Sparky on a Sunday, and set up an appointment that day. The service representative came out, quoted the job and did the work right then. Kyle did a very good job and saved me over $75 dollars by converting the fixture to LED. I will use them again for all my electrical needs.

They didn't show up

When I called to set up an appointment, I was led to believe the diagnostic was free, and I would pay for the repairs. I waited 4 hours for the tech to arrive, only to stand in my kitchen with him, while he typed things on his computer and tell me it would cost $400 to replace an outlet, and only then, would he start to diagnose what caused the outlet to go out in the first place. He would not take his meter out to even test the outlet, or open my breaker box to even look inside. What a waste of my time, and his. I do NOT recommend this company. The schedulers are trained to lead you to believe the diagnosis is free, when in fact, the only thing free was getting him to walk through my door and stand in my kitchen and ask questions. What a joke! $400 for him to replace one outlet and check it with a meter.

They came out and they fixed everything gave us pictures and a great report to give to the inspector
