Even though we detailed what we needed done before the appointment the technician did not have the necessary materials to do what we needed. Fortunately we anticipated this might happen and had the right materials but were disappointed the technician did not have them available, which would have resulted in a delay in service had we not been prepared.

Great job identifying issue and very professional. Will definitely use them again.

I had a problem where AC and hot water weren't working, lights worked sporadically or blinked. When I called I spoke to Holly who was as helpful and pleasant a person as you could want. She set up an emergency appointment for me. In the meantime I called Duke Energy who felt the problem was likely theirs. I called Holly back and she suggested I keep the ticket open till I was sure. It took a couple of hours, but Duke did fix the problem. I called Holly back and she happily cancelled the ticket. They did no actual work but were understanding and helpful as I worked through the problem. I will definitely use them when I do have electrical work to be done.

Within 2 min he found an outlet with a loose wire. He suggested replacing the 2 outlets in the bathroom with GFCI outlets, so i agreed. My mistake was the pricing. The techs with these larger companies work on commission. While the work was professional and done right, the cost was way too high. Charged $175 each for the 2 outlets. I could have picked them up for $20 each. Plus a trip charge and a diagnostic charge. Support the small business owners if possible.

Took al afternoon and cost over $5000, but needed to be done

It went very well. They put in two ceiling fans and made an opening in ceiling for new light.

We received a phone call approximately 30 minutes prior to our appointment time to advise us that the technician would be arriving shortly. Our technician, Danny, arrived on time as scheduled. We had originally requested an electrician to install a ceiling fan where there was no existing electrical wiring. On arrival, we mentioned that we have old aluminum wiring that we knew we eventually had to address. He listened to our concerns, advised us of several options, and provided us with a quote. The price to address the aluminum wiring was the lowest quote we had received since purchasing our home, so we opted to have that work performed, as well as the installation of the ceiling fan. In spite of increasing the workload exponentially by adding the extra work of addressing the aluminum wiring, Danny worked tirelessly for the next several days to complete the work. Due to the construction of our roof, we were unable to run electrical through the ceiling to power the fan. Danny offered several suggestions as to how we could run the wiring. In spite of not being able to hide the wires in the ceiling, he made the wiring aesthetically pleasing. Danny went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the work. He never complained and remained cheerful and professional in spite of the extra work we requested. I will definitely recommend Mr. Sparky to others, and will always call them for our electrical needs. Thank you Danny for all of your hard work!

Great servicing agent, Jonathan. He was punctual, professional and did great work. I asked for him a second time.

First time, employee showed up and needed labels and a helper, so had to reschedule. Did he not know why he was coming? On second attempt, arrived late and did not let me know that the process of relabeling would require turning each breaker on and off repeatedly, so my electronics were unnecessarily caused to reboot over and over. Had he told me in advance, I would have turned them all off. One device in particular never worked again.

There were hand written labels on the box, so he didn't do anything there. He went around and checked the outlets, I didn't really know what he did. He did help change some lights for my bathroom. Immediately after he left, my dryer stopped working. He came back and turned the dryer switch on and off from the outside fuse box. Its been working fine but when my dryer stops i have to go outside to get it to work again.

Not well, they insisted on doing a whole house electric inspection. They quoted my a price of $2000.00!!!!! I was in shock and asked them to leave after paying for the service call.

Electrician said wiring was old and it could not be done. This for something that had only been disconnected to change the countertop. And this was after I bought a prepaid coupon from Angie's list for work by Mr Sparky. Will not do that again. That was money was wasted. Hired a different company who did the work. Due to age of my home it was grandfathered in and did not need the wiring changed as Mr Sparky wanted to do.

He was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and we had a great experience. They came out as promised and he was everything you hope a repair person would be.

Apart from the price, extremely well. Chas was very knowledgeable, conscientious and polite.

He was on time,after the install,did a complete clean up,and made sure I was satisfied,took away the old fixtures as well.

I am happy with the work. They also provided a complete electrical inspection and offered to provide immediate fixes, a few of which I agreed to. They were the only estimate I obtained, so I am not sure how competitive they are.

Henry did a great job, replacing the GFI outlets and inspecting the rest of the house to identify other needs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use Mister Sparky again.

Everything went great. Devon arrived prompt and on-time. Which being in Central Florida is a rarity these days it seems. I'd definitely recommended Devon at Mister Sparky again.
