 + -1 moreMICHAEL WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND AND DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. PROMPT, POLITE AND WAY BELOW OTHER CONTRACTORS ON COST. IT WAS A BIG DIFFERENCE TO GO FROM A $24,000 ESTIMATE FOR AN ENTIRE NEW ROOM, TO A $4,300 ESTIMATE TO UPGRADE EXISTING STRUCTURE. MICHAEL COMMUNICATED ALL STEPS OF THE PROCESS AND MADE SURE JOB WAS COMPLETED TO SATISFACTION.
Description of Work: TORE OUT PAN ROOF AND REPLACED WITH 3'' PANEL ROOF ALONG WITH A FAN BEAM. INSTALLED 6 CUSTOM MADE GLASS SLIDER WINDOWS AND KICKPLATES. REPLACED SCREEN DOOR WITH STORM DOOR. INSTALLED LARGE GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT IN PLACE OF 2 SMALLER GUTTERS. REMOVED ALL SCRAPS AND TRASH.
