The McCabinet team is so easy to work with. They did the initial design for the whole house including closets/kitchen/bath, updated with our input, provided an accurate estimate and installed according to plan. They stayed in touch throughout the process and responded quickly to inquiries. We could not be happier with the end results. Especially love our kitchen.

About 1,600 sf of our house flooded in June due to a water filtration break. We were in need of emergency services, but still wanted quality work and excellent cabinets and flooring. We hired McCabinet for the kitchen, and interviewed several cabinet companies prior to making our choice. Rosemarie, our designer, was the only one who truly listened to our needs and wants, and came up with an accompanying design and plan according to our budget. The entire McCabinet staff were wonderful to work with and their showroom makes it easy to visualize concepts. Renovating can be stressful, but especially with our circumstances of a house flood. Rosemarie made our kitchen remodel painless! She was very friendly and knowledgeable, responsive to emails, phone calls and texts. Her measurements were spot on with appliances and cabinets. We ended up getting the laundry room done as well. Once the cabinets arrived, we were blessed with getting their main installer John, he was AMAZING. Personally installed each and every piece, all detail work for the kitchen, the island and our laundry room. The granite companies Rosemarie referred us to were very professional as well. So many compliments on the custom island and granite, as well as the color scheme. The finished product is just beautiful, and we have a kitchen to be excited about and proud of. Very, very happy. We did have some delays but they are to be expected. I would definitely recommend McCabinet...in fact, I already have. :)

It went really well in that they were very friendly, loved the construction, design, installation was perfect except we had a few last pieces that needed to be remade and that took quite awhile. Just to be fair with McCabinet, I'm not sure how much was going on behind the scenes between the builder and McCabinet but it did take an inordinate amount of time to get the final few pieces in place but once they were done it was a dream kitchen! They were very patient and willing to really work with us on our design ideas and requests. We would use them again.

It took a few weeks longer than expected but the end result was worth the time. The kitchen exceeded our expectations and the workers on the project were beyond nice and professional.

Brooke our designer and project manager was detailed in her design and execution of it. Robert the tile guy was precise, talented despite working with uneven walls. The entire team at McCabinets is professional and courteous!

Wonderful staff, we worked with Tricia Guy to design our kitchen and she was amazing to work with. Even changed the design which she was able to accommodate and even got us extra counter space. Really nice showroom and selection of cabinets and hardware. We got all of the features that were important to us and are very pleased with the workmanship in both the kitchen and the bathroom.

We dealt with one designer throughout.  She understood our desires, made appropriate recommendations and provided the proposal.  She made good suggestions to manage cost.  She visited the kitchen twice to ensure the final order was correct.  The cabinets were of the quality promised.  The installer, Tony, was competent and took extra pains to ensure that the installation was properly accomplished.  The final results were all that we wanted.

They were awesome and very easy to work with! If you had a change or an issue, they were right on it. There were a few issues where we needed to make adjustments and they were on it to take care of it quickly and efficiently.

I visited a number of cabinet suppliers and the big box stores before discovering McCabinets. Some cabinet suppliers didn't return calls, spent more time telling me what they thought I should have, rather than listening to what I wanted, and just, generally, seemed like they didn't care whether they had my business or not, since I wasn't buying a full kitchen.

Brooke C. spent a few hours with me designing and picking out bathroom cabinets. She met me at a local cabinet maker's business so I could see the quality of their product. She was enthusiastic about my project, always available by phone and was able to schedule appointments quickly. The owner, Brian, was very friendly. Our contractor met with him and Brooke and was also very impressed. He will refer future clients to them, unhesitatingly. I can't say enough good about the service at McCabinets. They were friendly, responsive and knowledgable.

Our cabinets were put in while building a house. When we moved in there were quite a few issues. The job looked rushed and uncared for. I had a drawer that fell out when I tried to open it because it didn't have a track, drawers and cabinets were set crooked, and half of my bathroom cabinet false fronts were put in upside down, making them uneven. The initial installation process had many problems and left me quite frustrated. That being said, the finished product is great. They came out and fixed problems until everything was done correctly. I can also say that I didn't have to argue with anyone to have anything fixed. If I had a problem with it, they fixed it, no questions asked.

Brooke, the designer, provided a design for the kitchen using computer generated graphics.  Using the print out, we made some changes and she incorporated them into a very practical and well thought out design.  Eli, the installer did a very nice job in hanging the cabinets and placing the counter tops.  He was professional,  prompt, neat and easy to work with.  Russell made the final adjustments and we were very happy with the final results.

I worked with Trisha.  We got new counter tops, sinks, glass cabinets, glass shelves, glass doors, specialty cabinets, and under cabinet led lighting.  They did some research and got me under cabinet lighting that I love that I will use them in other rooms as well.  I got the counter tops through them. Trisha went and picked out the granite counter tops and laid out how it would be cut.  They did a great job.  I found their price to be pretty reasonable.  I really thought for the service they offered and provided which included 3d layout for my 9 x 13 kitchen was very reasonable.  I have recommended them to friends and would recommend them to others as well.

The installer and designer were great. Their product was excellent and the service was great. Unfortunately, the designer is no longer at this company. Overall, the experience was perfect. I was very happy. It wasn’t a bargain, but I feel the price was fair.

The entire process went smoothly.   The cabinets were beautiful an they have silent self closing doors and drawers.  They have many people checking on the work throughout the process.  I would definitely use this company again for any cabinetry work.

Custom cabs take a long time, like two months, from order to delivery.  One cab was wrong and McCabs facilitated the replacement expeditiously.  Be prepared for a long time.  Nice guys doing the work.
Other parts of the kitchen needed to go in so installation of cabs was in stages.  Appliances, lighting for example.  There were a few delays but nothing major.
I ordered counters, appliances, sink and faucet thru McCab which made for a smoother process and kept me out of the middle.
Penny was very helpful in invoicing, payment, etc.

I knew what I wanted overall for a design as my kitchen is a remodel with few options for the space in an old 1947 home.  Trish from McCabinets was referred to me, and I am sorry I paid any money for her work as she did was NOT professional and did a HORRIBLE job overall.  She did not even get the measurements right for the all the appliances and tried blaming me by saying I had a drape/blanket over the stove ... Really??   Professional?  The room measurements were off. Imagine if I had gone by her 'professional' drawings... I would have had gaps and lower cabinets not ending in same spots.  AVOID this Trish for any design drawings.   She cancels appointments, puts other clients ahead of you since you are only a 'design' client, she overcharges and will not take responsibility for her own failings.  I NEVER got an electronic copy of the designs. Only 2 sets of paper copies for $600.00.

The cabinets were installed very quickly.  We had picked out granite and McCabinets installed that as well - even giving a recommendation on where to buy it at a reduced cost.  All the employees were very nice and professional.  After all was installed they even delivered a bottle of wine to our house to thank us for doing business with them!  I had to call them back once for a drawer that was not working properly and they promptly came out and made the repair. I highly recommend this company for both price and quality of work. (And I work for a luxury residential home builder so I know good work!)

Everything got installed in one day - except for two doors on the towers which we expect to be installed by the end of the week. The men arrived when I was told they would arrive. The work was first rate. They were careful with the floors and freshly painted walls. The men were all professionals in every aspect - no smoking, no radios, neatly dressed. After everything was completed Brian came by with a thank you card and bottle of wine to thank us for doing business with them. That was a very nice thing to do and something not at all expected.
