Stacey was awesome. At the beginning of our transaction, we didn't know if we were going to buy a new home or remodel our current home and thus refinance. We were looking at a specific home to buy and working through a number of purchase options with the seller for which we had to ask Stacey to work out financially for us and getting quotes for remodeling. She made changes to the good faith estimate and spoke with us numerous times on the phone to ''crunch the numbers..again'' and did so without a single sigh of frustration. Her response was always quick, pleasant and very, very willing to help us figure out what was best for our family financially. At the closing everything was as specified. NO SURPRISES! Which was such a RELIEF. There are always surprises! But not with Stacey. She was awesome and we'd use her again and recommend her to our own moms! We can't say enough about how easy and stress-free she made this experience.
