General Remodeling
Everybody I talk to say that he was great and the first pre construction he was he was available and when it came time to do the construction I could not get him to respond. I sent him e-mail I made phone calls, I left messages and I could not get him to respond. So I finally said because he was in breach of his contract and had the money I gave him. I requested a refund and I had not heard a word from him. So he was in breach of his contract my attorney said. He took me thru all the planning stages. He kept telling me that he was getting the permits and when I check with the county he had not even gone for any permits or had not submitted anything. All he had to do was say I'm to busy or anything instead of dragging me along for 16 months

"There is obviously a reason everyone she spoke to said I was great. In keeping with a longstanding policy to never bad mouth a customer, I'll leave it at that. I would also point out that the contractor who eventually took the job of remodeling her house is still not finished. I have noticed the project stopped for long periods of time with absolutely no work going on. It has been over two years, and the work is still not finished. I don't know what the problem is, although I have a good idea. I wish the member the best always. I spent well over 100 hours working on this project and countless meetings with the member and her Architect. I n the end, it was not a good fit."
