Arma was phenomenal. He found us a great rate on a good loan and did NOT load our loan with the upfront fees that most mortgage brokers charge. He kept us informed on every step of the process and did exactly what he said he would do. Having run into a few unscrupulous brokers in the past, it was a pleasure to deal with a mortgage broker with the utmost in integrity and honesty. I have also had friends with not so great credit who have used Arma to find loans when others said no way. Can't recommend this company highly enough.
