MARIA, THE OWNER'S DAUGHTER, IS VERY UNRESPONSIVE, FAILS TO RECORD APPOINTMENT TIMES, FAILS TO CALL THE CUSTOMER WHEN ORDER IS IN, AND GENERALLY DOES NOT CARE. ALSO, THE MEASUREMENTS TAKEN WERE WRONG AND THE SHOWER DOOR HAD TO BE REORDERED.

"If we made a mistake, I'm sorry. But we fixed it and everything turned out great. Glass once its tempered can not be cut so we had to reorder it. which in turn takes exctra time. We took care of the shower by oredering a new shower and conpleted the job. Thank you for being so patient."
