Randy was incredible.  He gave us a fair price for a beautiful job.  Many of our neighbors have commented on how pretty the landscaping job is.  He came on time, finished up every day as scheduled and cleaned up at the end of the day. He gave us a proposed diagram of his plan up front.  He and his helper were terrific.  I also had a sprinkler and a well put in at the same time and he managed to keep those guys on track also.  Do not hesitate to use Randy.

My experience went very well. He was very professional and knowledgeable in his field. The pricing was reasonable for the high quality of service he provides. I was pleased with the outcome of the service and would recommend this company to others.

It is a long story start to finish. I have tried to resolve these issues, but the vendor is angry and insulting. We scaled back the original proposal because the $20,000 price tag was too high. The solution seemed rather uncreative, but it met our needs. Randy Lee had a stiff and condescending attitude, but we were looking for a landscaper, and as long as he was professional we were fine with that. The crews put in the plants on schedule and on budget and left the yard in a clean state. The one trouble spot in our yard required two tall, upright plants to border our front columns, and we did not want them to touch the columns because the ants use that as a way to get into the upstairs (crafty things that they are). Randy suggested Alexander palms at a cost of $640 plus installation. I was unfamiliar with this type of palm, but he showed me a photo in which this type of palm grew from within a hedge, and I agreed. After he installed them, he knocked on my door and said he was worried about one of them because there was so many sprinkler and electric lines running underneath that the rootball had to be planted well above the ground. He told me to extra water it for the next month, which we did. When both palms lost nearly all their fronds and the trunks were streaked with black, I called him. He said this was the way the palms were supposed to be and that he would move them to another part of the yard if I didn?t like them in their current spot. Because they were nearly dead and really ugly, I said I didn?t want them anywhere else. I mentioned that he installed them despite there not being enough root room, and that he should be responsible for a bad recommendation. The trees had a one-year warranty as per our sales contract. Trying to find a way to get credit for the trees, I offered to spend more money. I asked Randy to give me a price for installing a large Bismarkia palm, which he had previously quoted at $1500, in our driveway bed, and asked if he could give us credit on the Alexander palms. (On his advice, we did not install the Bismarkia palm in November because he said March was a better time.) He responded with a note stuck in my door, quoting the Bismarkia at $2,400 (a 60% increase) and reiterating that there would be no credit for the failed Alexanders, despite the warranty. My husband and I called 3 times, but Randy didn?t answer. We left messages asking him to just remove the palms. He didn?t call back. Frustrated, I left a message telling him that we were trying to resolve the issue before taking further action (reporting him on Angie's list). He came out within hours and chopped down the palms, accusing me of not watering them, of lying about how many messages I left, and then personally insulted me over his shoulder when he left. Everything else in the bed was growing fine, so it couldn't be a sprinkler system problem, but he would not admit he was responsible, nor would he honor his warranty.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE COMPANY. I HAVE USED THEM FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS NOW. THEY ARE RELIABLE AND PUNCTUAL. IF THEY CAN NOT MAKE IT OUT THEY CALL TO LET ME KNOW. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
