It was a nightmare. They hired sub-contractors to do the job, and they were awful. The original removal of the cabinets was awesome, but everyone we dealt with through Hank was substandard. I would not recommend them to anyone.

K&BC is a family-owned and operated company, and they are committed to providing good quality work and attending to the needs of their customers. The work was completed in a timely manner, with attention to detail. Although they did not make the cabinets, they customized them to include a pull-out spice rack and slide outs in the base cabinets. They showed up when they said they would, were friendly and respectful of our needs, and always cleaned up after themselves. K&BC also coordinated the installation of the granite countertops and plumbing. We highly recommend their work and would not hesitate to use them again.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE PRICE, QUALITY OF WORK AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF RESPONSIVENESS TO FOLLOWUP ON A MINOR CORRECTION I REQUESTED. IT WAS EVENTUALLY TAKEN CARE OF BUT TOOK ABOUT 6 WEEKS.

THIS IS REALLY HARD. I WAS LEAD TO BELIEVE THAT THEY WERE KITCHEN DESIGNER AND WOULD TAKE ME THROUGH THE WHOLE PROCESS. THEY PROVIDED VERY LITTLE ADVICE OR DESIGN RECOMMENDATIONS. GETTING THE DESIGN DONE WAS LIKE PULLING TEETH. THAT SAID, ONCE WE GOT IT LAID OUT, THEIR PEOPLE DID EXCELLENT WORK AND WERE A REAL PLEASURE TO WORK WITH. I RATE THE INSTALLER ALEC DESFORGES AN A+. IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WANT THEY CAN DO THE JOB. IF YOU WANT HELP WITH THE DESIGN, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
