Our builder, Cove Builders, recommended Kelly Pools and they did a fantastic job on our new pool and spa. The entire process was smooth start to finish. Chris Arnold met with us on site and at his office to sketch out our ideas and provided helpful input on the design. He was able to easily tie the design to the cost estimate so we could decide what we wanted to spend our budget on. We went to the office to pick out our finishes and they provided good design suggestions, and worked in our ideas to the design. Construction was fast, and communication along the way was unbeatable despite their busy schedule. We had some problems with PebbleTec in the pipes, and Kelly Pools worked on our behalf to get it . right. Chris was very responsive whenever I had a question or needed an update. We couldn't be happier with the way the pool turned out, or the experience with Kelly Pools building it.

My parents had a fabulous pool put in by Kelly Pools about 4 years ago. So when I decided to put a pool in, I was determined to find a company that provided the same quality and service at a less expensive price.  After interviewing and getting estimates from 5 major pool companies, I called Kelly Pools and decided to contract with them after all. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive but they are well worth every penny! They are a family run company and you deal directly with family members through the entire process. They do hire sub contractors for the major work. However, they only use the best in the business. When we met with Chris Arnold(Mrs. Kelly's son) we had numerous questions regarding equipment, installation, warrantees, permitting , pool features, decking, sea wall tie backs & deadmen, shapes and sizes of the pool. He was extremely patient and through in answering every question we had. He was the only pool company who stressed how important it is to obtain the location of every deadman and tie back going to the sea wall before finalizing the shape and positioning of the pool. Chris oversaw the entire process from start to finish and was on sight numerous times. When he wasn't on sight his foreman, Jim (who is extremely knowledgeable and has been with him for many, many years), was here. Chris was always reachable buy cell phone and kept us abreast of things every step of the way. He made sure we were 100% satisfied with everything. Chris' mother helps you pick your tile, pebble tec and deck colors. She's been doing this a long time and has great ideas. Mike Kelly is in the background overseeing the entire process from the signing of the contract to even the follow up and service. He is always reachable in case of an issue, but trust me, this is such an efficiently run company, that will never be necessary. Because of Kelly Pools' expertise, quality workmanship and quality equipment, I have the pool of my dreams! I can actually say, I would not go back and change a thing! When you contract with Kelly Pools you are not just hiring another pool company, you actually form a lasting relationship with them for years to come. I recommend that you do your homework as I did. DO NOT JUST GO BUY THE FINAL PRICE. Pool companies can cut corners in places you don't even realize to make the price seem more appealing. This will cost you more money in the long run. Kelly Pools does not do this. They are totaly up front with everything. They only use quality material, even the items you don't see that are under the ground and they totaly stand behind their work. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND KELLY POOLS IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A QUALITY POOL ! You will love working with them!

They were prompt.

They were very attentive. It was finished ahead of schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do. We had one little problem with drainage, and after one call they were straightening it out and repairing it almost overnight. They have offered to help move pipes and given us lots of hints. They are right there and very helpful.

Excellent job. On budget and on schedule. Readily available with any questions. Highly recommended.

For such a big job the work was completed sooner than expected & I would give them an A+ in quality. We would use them again.
