Excellent. Met with several AC companies to obtain quotes. Devin the owner of Just TCB was one of the lowest quotes and actually made suggestions that saved us money. Very knowledgeable. Very straight forward and honest. Hired him to install the new AC. Also had him install a bathroom fan and room vents. Work was done as scheduled and was a high quality job. I liked that he owns the company and does the work himself.

They cleaned the pipe and explained how to keep it maintained. I felt like that was going above and beyond so that I would be able to fix it myself next time. They contacted me to let me know they were running late so that I wouldn't be wasting my time waiting for them and wondering where they were.

Seemed to do a thorough job inspecting and confirming the units were operating properly/within spec. Cleaned up after services were performed. (didn't really make a mess but cleaned up the little bit of dust that fell from accessing the attic). Did not try to sell any unneeded services on this relatively low-margin service -inspection of one system was through an Angies List coupon). Overall very pleased and will call again when I need service and will consider them for replacement when he time comes. Not a whole lot to say other than I had a good experience.

What great service. So our air conditioner goes out over the weekend. This is obviously a big issue in Florida. So I call one of those big One Hour Air companies. When the One Hour Air guy comes, he spends 10 minutes looking, and then tells me I need a new unit!!!!
So I decide to get a second opinion. Devin of Just TCB came as a recommendation from my Realtor. Devin comes in, and just works magic. First, he spent some time actually looking at the condenser and trying to see why it wont turn on. He then starts identifying the issues one step at a time. After all is done, it turns out that I do NOT need a new unit, but that a few simple components (like a capacitor) needed to be replaced. All for less than $300!!!!!!!!
Had i listened to those jokers at One Hour Air, I would have been forking over $5,000 for a new air handler and condenser unit, instead, Devin is a true professional who looked at every possible angle and found the problem and FIXED it.
He is the only one I woudl EVER, EVER trust to do any type of heating/cooling work in Florida. Period. I cannot recommend him enough.

They diagnosed the problem and found that my control board is bad [They are to get back to me with the replacement cost]. In addition, they checked the entire A/C unit and Freon. The unit is over seventeen years old and for the first time ever, there wasn't an upsell by the contractor. Usually, they would find some other problem in which they can make extra money or try to sell me a new unit. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any who is looking to have some AC work done!

GREAT SERVICE!!!!! I called Devin on 16 Sep and left a message describing my problem with an A/C unit that I have in a rental property.. I live just outside of Phoenix, AZ and the property is in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Devin promptly returned my call and said he would be out to inspect the unit within 24 hours as I had renters coming in by mid day 18 Sep. A few hours later -- I received another call and it was Devin!!!! He had gone out to the property that evening, inspected and charged the unit. It was 7 PM EDT when he called me which means he had gone to the property after he finished his other calls and inspected my unit!!!! I never expected him to do anything that day. He informed me the unit needed a freon change but recommended a complete inspection/leak check when no one was in the unit. I have had to charge the unit 3 times in less than 3 years which indicated a potential leak. I have scheduled another visit in Oct for a leak check and tune up!!!!! Devin was courteous, very professional and knowledgeable. The cost of the service was well within my expectations -- actually less than expected. He took payment over the phone and my renters have a nice cool place to spend their vacation while visiting the beach. Needless to say I WILL be calling Just TCB for ANY A/C problem in the future!!!! It is rare that you find someone willing to come out in the evening to do anything!!!!! Just GREAT service!!!!! I recommend Devin and Just TCB to anyone wanting COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, TIMELY and COURTEOUS service!!!!!!

Devin kept me informed at every step, was extremely professional. He went above and beyond, even purchased additional filters to leave in the unit. He further recommended another vendor to provide additional services we needed (and he was just as reliable and professional!).
