He did a very professional job on both installations. He was very neat and provided an excellent finished product on both the hardwood and tile.  He installed the hardwood, cleaned the area and left us with a floor we are very proud of. The lanai was a two step unlevel area to begin. Tim installed a base of waterproof concrete boards and leveled the entire area. He then installed the tile and we have a much more usable area because he took the time to do the job right. We were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail. We would definitely hire him for other work. We have recommended to several others and he is in fact doing work for them.

Tim is the best.  Tim repaired the deck as if his wife and children were going to use it.  He is the consummate professional.  He is thorough and meticulous.  He does not cut corners and you can be sure the finished job will contain the best materials and will be finished to a "T".
