He was competing with another company a told me about off of Angie's List with many As. I got a total of three estimates and he said he would beat the price of the others and do a better job. When he came out he was really unprofessional(never cleaned up his messes, I would have to bag all garbage myself) and the work was not done in closet ceilings like it should of been. The final job did look good, but dealing with him was not easy to do. He told me that he could complete other projects that I needed. I had a lot of tile work that I was planning on having done later.(It was already delivered with everything there I just wanted to ask around and get estimates first.) He said he could tile to, but I felt uneasy because he kept changing his price per square foot higher and higher, which gave me the impression he did not know much about tile because other companies came out and did all sorts of measuring, inspecting my materials, and wrote me a accurate figure of what they charge. Finally when I declined his offer to do the tile, he only wanted to be paid in cash and was very threatening. He would not give me a receipt when I asked him to. After the fact he would not return my phone calls still needing the receipt for my records. After that I was done with them.
