They called ahead and arrived promptly. They were professional, had shoe covers and used them. They cleaned the carpet and also successfully removed a few " mystery stains" that were in carpet. We had detected an odor of urine from previous residents. Inside Homes treated it and we have not smelled it since. They scrubbed the carpet on the stairs that had dark areas in the crevices. They also explained the cause of the dark areas. They did an excellent job. We have tile in other areas and despite steam cleaning, the grout lines appeared darker in some areas. Inside Homes noticed and explained a service and product that they use. Not only did they explain it, they asked about an area which could be used as a test area for a sample. We sampled two colors and they look very nice. Even after a few weeks of cleaning and steaming the tiled sample areas, the color still looks good. It made the floor look like new. We plan to schedule them to treat the tiled areas. Very impressive.The floors, both carpeted and sampled areas, really look refreshed and new.
