The lights in our garage and parts of our mother-in-law apartment were out. I called Innovative based on a contractor friend's recommendation. An electrician able to see us within the hour as he was completing a nearby job. Within 10 minutes he corrected the problem with a faulty GFCI outlet. The electrician then rewired the outlet so the circuit would remain live in the rest of the apartment even though the GCFI outlet was tripped-off.
The electrician was knowledgable, thouough and courteous. He also provided free estimates on two other projects. The charge was $65.
