It went fine. I was very satisfied.

My daughter dropped her iPhone 4s and broke the glass screen. Thankfully, everything else worked fine. She used the phone until she came home from college for the weekend. I found this company on Angie's List and my daughter took her phone over. iCuretech replaced while she waited. All appeared to be functioning well, but by the end of the day, no one could understand her when they called her phone. My daughter returned the next morning and waited while they worked on the phone again. Everything seemed to be fixed and she returned to college the next day. Within a week, the same speaker problem returned. She is finally able to get home again next weekend and will be headed back to iCuretech first thing Saturday morning. I am really hopeful that iCuretech will stand by their work and 90 day warranty and I will be able to update my rating after this next (and hopefully final) visit.

I called and spoke with a very courteous rep who informed me they had one iphone 5 screen left in stock. We visited the store later that day, the repair was completed in about an hour.
2 days later, everything is perfect with my iphone.
Extremely professional, courteous and fast. I will use these guys from now on.

If I could give five A ratings I would. When I called this morning (Saturday) I got an answering machine so I left my phone number. icuretech called back within the hour and told me I could come right away to have my iPhone screen fixed. The screen was fixed and I was out of there in less than half an hour. I highly recommend icuretech and would go back anytime.

Very happy with their service

I am extremely pleased with my experience. my new Nokia Luma had cracked glass, I called I-cure-tech, they usually work on I-phones and I-pads, and I-phones. This gentleman call his supplier for the glass and the layout of the phone. I-cure-tech fixed this phone with in 24 hours. the phone is just like new and at a fair price. I would reccommend and use I-cure-tech again.

We recently aquired a new iPod Touch, and unfortunately dropped and cracked the screen; the unit still functioned, but we didn't want to use the unit with a cracked screen. I looked on Angie's List for Apple iPod repair and iCureTech was close to me and had many other positive responses. I also felt the pricing was fair and clearly spelled out on the website and at the location. The appearance of the strip mall office could have been a little neater, but I understand he is a one-man operation and his focus is fixing phone, computers, and gadgets. Also, he doesn't offer a reciept when you leave your device, I think a receipt would add a level of professionalism to the operation. Overall, I was happy with the service and the iPod is essentially new again, and I have a new very strong protection case now.

I have used ICuretech LLC Company for two repairs and both times their repairs were good. They were excellent. I'm planning on using them again for a broken i-pod.

On Friday afternoon I smashed my 5 month old HTC Thunderbolt with a case of floor tile!!!! Oh no, what should I do? I called Verizon and they kindly offered to sell me a new one for full retail... yikes! They didn't even offer any reconditioned options, I presume because it is such a new model.

I googled phone repair in my area and the first place I called told me it would take a week and I said and quot;thanks, I'll keep checking my optionsand quot;.

Next, I called Rafael at iCuretech and he said he could get the glass and have it fixed by the next day... Saturday! I was amazed because it was already Friday afternoon. True to his word he fixed it on Saturday, good as new with a 90 day guarantee on the work. All that for 1/5th the price of a new Thunderbolt from Verizon.

My iPad display stopped working, although the unit was recognized by iTunes and synced normally. Apple wanted $375 for an out of warranty repair or replacement. Rafal said he had never seen a problem like mine before, but was able to repair it in about 24-48 hours and it has worked fine since.

My daughter dropped her new 4th generation iPod Touch on ceramic tile, shattering the screen. I found many places that do iPod and iPhone screen repairs, but this shop is near my home and office so I decided to give them a try. They quoted me a price of $100, which turned out to be lower than they should have quoted – the 4th generation screen was more expensive than the 3rd, but the shop still honored the price. On the day that I was to pick up the iPod, the shop called to say that they found another problem with the phone – a problem with the motherboard was affecting the display – but that they called Apple and were told they could swap out the repaired iPod for a brand new iPod. Since the shop had to send back the damaged unit with the newly installed screen, we were charged the quoted $100, but we received a brand new iPod.
