They are good.  They come back if I have a problem.  I have termite service, annual bug service and interior and exterior termite service with them.  They are very reliable, nice and professional.  I'm still using them and would continue to use their service in the future.

They come out to treat if we call them in between when we see any termites.  I really like their warranty which is fairly reasonable.  It puts them on call whenever we need them.

They have been on time and treated the house annually. They come back for call backs and treat again. The termites are still there. They still leave their dust and wings in the house. We have been using this company since 2003, but will try another company now.

MY INITIAL CONTACT & WHEN WORK BEGAN I WAS PLEASED, BUT THE CAULK USED TO FILL THE HOLES DID NOT MATCH MY WALLS. THEY DID NOT WARN ME THAT THE ATTIC SPRAY WOULD SEEP ANYWHERE, SWITCHPLATES, BASEBOARDS, ETC WERE NOT TIGHT AND MY BIRD DIED FROM THE SAFE PRODUCT.

I REALLY DID MY RESEARCH BEFORE SETTLING ON A TERMITE TREATMENT AND A COMPANY TO USE, AND I FEEL THAT HOMEGAURD IS THE GOLD STANDARD AS FAR AS COMPANIES WHO USE SODIUM BORATE, AS THIS IS THEIR SPECIALTY. THEY ARE RELIABLE, FRIENDLY AND I THINK THE WORK WAS GOOD, ALTHOUGH MAY BE TOO EARLY TO TELL, AS THEY JUST DID IT AND TOO SOON TO TELL IF IT IS GOING TO WORK OR NOT, BUT I THINK IT WILL. THE TREATED THE BELLVIEW BILTMORE, A LOCAL LANDMARK, WHICH IS AN IMPRESSIVE REFERENCE, I THINK.

NON-TOXIC PROCESS IS EXCELLENT, SAFE, VERY EFFECTIVE. NO TENTING OR EVACUATION WAS REQUIRED. NO PROB FOR PETS OR PEOPLE. ONE YEAR LATER, STILL NO TERMITES, NO ANTS, NO ROACHES, ETC. GOOD REFERENCES, EXCELLENT STAFF, GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! IT WAS A PLEASURE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND A JOY TO FIND A HEALTHY ALTERNATIVE TO TENTING AND TOXIC POISION!
