I needed a new heat pump system and had four companies quote the work. Harrison came out and provided a very reasonable proposal for replacing my 13 year old heat pump system. I worked with Karen to schedule the install around my travel schedule. Rob and Chris installed my system within a few hours and their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They arrived on time, answered all my questions, and cleaned up after the install. This company is very professional. I am very pleased with the end result. Thanks Harrison, Karen, Rob and Chris!

HARRISON HARDY CAME OUT AFTER THIS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NATIONAL, ANOTHER LOCAL AC FIRM. ONLY $105 FOR THE SERVICE CALL AND 2 SEMI ANNUAL CHECK-UPS OF SYSTEM...: (I am a 72YO woman and accustomed to contractors trying to rip me off here in FL) I called "NATIONAL" 6/1 because AC not working. Leroy came out to quickly diagnose $1000 repairs and transformer replacement needed on a 1YO central Carrier unit under warranty. Something seemed fishy so I called the manufacturer. Carrier recomended 2 other local AC installers. Both came out and checked ALL system operations and BOTH ascertained that NOTHING National AC said or wanted to do made sense. Leroy was a scammer!! The machine was also warrantied. Mold and mildew they wanted to remediate was NON EXISTANT!! The transformer they wanted to replace was fine. If TEN stars were possible that's what my rating would be for HARRISONHARDY... honest contractors and I'll certainly use and refer them happily!

I have been using Harrison for over a year after he performed the AC subcontract work for our kitchen remodel in Jan 2017. Since then, we have used them for service calls and preventative maintenance. Harrison is a very honest and hard working AC expert. I am able to text him if I have a need, and he quickly responds. It is a pleasure to be able to recommend someone like this in an industry fraught with service quality issues.
