They correctly diagnosed the problem quickly and gave me a quote which was comparable to others I later received.

It was not a positive experience. When they came for delivery the delivery part was fine one of the ovens was not working so it was repair and bring it back in and I had to call them as opposed to them calling me as they told me they would when the part would be in. I had to call several times I believe it is the manager and so and so Johnson he was going to call me back about this repair and I haven't heard anything and it has been three weeks. There was never an apology for the fact that folks didn't do what they were supposed to do. This was not a one time occurrence it was several times because the oven needed repair. They have to come three times total to work and each time the service people who actually came out to the house they were fine, they were great, but the ability to make an appointment and followup and being able to take this up they were horrible in doing that. I would not use them again.

We contacted Hansen to repair a used range for a rental property. They ordered the part and notified us the day before the part was to be shipped to set up a time to do the repair. Lance, the technician, called me prior to the designated meeting time to make sure I was ready and he met me right on time. Lance knew exactly what he was supposed to do and finished in a very timely manner and took the extra time to clean the work area when finished. In all facets Hansen was a pleasure to work with and I would hire them again.

On Friday, 1/10/14, I stopped at the store to look for a new or used range and check on the repair of my present range. I was shown a new Whirlpool range priced at $559.00. The salesman checked with the owner and then advised me that I could have the range for $539. including tax and delivery to my home. I asked him if they could give me anything for a trade in and informed him that the stove top worked fine but the oven controls and the clock were not working. He advised they could check it out for $59. and see if I wanted to get it fixed or buy the new one. If I bought the new one, they would deduct the $59. from the price of the new one. They came out a couple days later and advised it would cost $425. to repair my range. We told the repair man we would think about it and advise. I went to the store the next day and advised the salesperson we decided to buy the new range. The salesperson I talked to originally was not there. The same stove that I was quoted a delivered price of $539. a couple days earlier was now going to cost me $600. plus the $59. service call that I had already paid for a total of $659. When I advised of the quote I had received a couple days prior, I was told that salesperson was and quot;oldand quot; and either gave me the wrong information or I misunderstood him. After about a half hour of discussing this issue with the sales person and Fred, the owner, I walked out in disgust. I went to Home Depot and bought the same stove the next day.

They seem pretty reasonable. The first time I had them out is because I bought a second hand washer and dryer and it leaked. The plumber who was installing it said to call them before I did anything. They came out and there was damage to the drum, it was $50 for the service call. They also sell second hand appliance and they allow that $50 to go as a credit toward an appliance if I bought through them. They had great prices on second hand appliance which they warranty. I bought a second hand refrigerator and they did warranty service on that a couple of times which was great. They are really nice guys, they are prompt and come when they say they are coming. Their prices seem reasonable, they call to confirm when they are coming. They are very professional, very nice and wear uniforms. They seem to know exactly what they are doing. They are neat, when they take things apart they put them back together and clean up after themselves. I recommend them to people and I'll always go back to them first. They came back out to make adjustments on a fridge I bought from them.

I called the office to set up an appointment and was told it would take three days to have some one come out to repair a broiler element that had burned out in my GE electric range. Even though I gave the operator the nature of the problem and asked if they would have the repair part with them to repauir my range, when the repairman called, on Wednesday the 21st, to say he was on his way, he did not know what the service call was for. When he showed up he did not have the repair part.

Her said he would be back the next morning at 8AM to make the repair.I got up early to be ready at 8AM but he did not show up and, after waiting 2 hours, he called to say they were running late and it would be some time before he would be there. I complained about the wait and asked how long it would be. He never answered my question and said he would be there as soon as possible.

A half hour later he showed up and was very rude as he began his work. Without a word he roughly pulled my range from its place, complained about and quot;my dirty floorand quot;, roughly pulled my trays out of the oven. At this point I was debating with myself if I should just ask him to leave. However I stayed nearby until he was finished. I asked how much the repair part cost but was not given an answer. I will never call this company agaain.
