Sunroom and Patio Service
They were terrible. I felt they lied to me. The owner in rude. He yelled and screamed at me. When they poured the foundation there was a lump in the middle. He spoke with company installing my tile and he yelled at them as well. He even threatened me of not finishing the job, if I didn?t pay extra for his correcting his mistakes.

Gulf Coast Sunrooms is a franchise holder of a major company. They drew up the plans. They did not stay within their estimate. They went way above their estimated price. They were not a licensed construction company. They fraudulently obtained a permit from the city, from a licensed contractor out of Orlando. They built the unit without the proper inspection from the city. The city may now have to tear down the whole thing. I am currently taking legal action. I would absolutely not use them again!
