Excellent! Although they normally work only on gas-powered tools, they fixed these chain saws without a problem. I definitely would use them again and have already referred others to them.

"customer had normal svc done on his mower, put a used ign coil for $15- it failed 3 mo later, installer new coil, no labor & credited $15 off new coil. was working good when it left, was not in 3 times. Most times a mower sits for 2 months gas is bad & no longer starts."

They were pleasant friendly and professional. The work was completed and I had mower back in 48 hours. I found out they are moving to 12501 Seminole Blvd., luckily still close to me.

The Staff and Technicians at Grass Mowers were awesome. There was no wait, they helped get the mower in and out of my truck. I was low on oil and usually for a full service they have to keep it overnight. But, again the service was superior and they went ahead and did the full servie for me in about twenty minutes.

Runs like a champ now but was flaky at best before service. They will even loan you a mower while being serviced.

Engine would fire up, but the trimmer would not spin. Took it to Grass Mowers and he looked it over. Said it would be a few days because they have a LOT of other items in the shop. No problem. Two days later, he calls and said the drive shaft was bad, but he had a used one. He put the used one in and off it went. Good as new !

Excellent, fast and courteous service. Dropped off lawn mower for overhaul/tune-up; said it may take a couple of days; got a call it was ready the afternoon of the day I dropped it off. Provided itemized bill.

Took my Toro to Grass Mowers and got just what you and I want, CUSTOMER SERVICE. I regret I don't remember the man's name, but he knew from my description what the problem probably was. He removed the cover plates and definatively diagnosed the defective part. He explained fully what it did ( or didn't ) do and that in my case it was a warrenty item which he would take care of. He checked around and showed me a couple other things that should be done and I agreed. He also answered some general operational questions I had. I left knowing what the problem was but more importantly, that they knew what the problem was and could easily fix it. I don't know why more service companies don't take the time up front with the customer like he did but in my experience they don't. People like Grass Mowers who do deserve your patronage. Got it back in a couple of days (probably longer in the summer) working like new at a reasonable price. Based on my experience, I would not hesitate to go back or recommend them.

My husband and I had difficulties finding a company to complete this service. One company we called was unprofessional on the phone and another didn't call us back. This company helped answer our questions on the phone and provided us with an estimate of how long it would take to fix them since our lawn needed to be trimmed as soon as possible. They informed us that we could bring in the equipment as soon as we were ready. We decided to bring in our equipment although the shop was a good distance from our home. Both pieces of equipment were fixed less than a week later and we were happy with the customer service. We could not pick up the equipment on the day it was ready and the company was willing to hold them for a couple of days until we had the right vehicle to pick them up.

I FOUND THEM THROUGH ANGIE'S LIST IN THE FIRST PLACE. OTHERS WHO WERE IN THE STORE AT THE TIME I FIRST ARRIVED COMMENTED ON HOW HONEST THEY ARE. I EXPERIENCED THAT FIRST HAND WHEN HE TOLD ME THAT A PART HE HAD TO ORDER ACTUALLY WENT DOWN IN PRICE BY ABOUT 40%. THE RESULTS OF THEIR WORK WERE EXCELLENT!
