Working with them was easy. I was impressed by their responsiveness because it seems many companies don't stand by their warranties but they came out within a week and fixed our issues. There was some cracking where the baseboards met the kitchen countertops and some areas where the finish had chipped off which is why we rated the quality as a B instead of an A.. Chris showed up on time, was courteous and professional and got everything done within an hour which was the time estimated for the job. We have been happy with the reglazing job since it was completed 3 years ago and are even happier that this company stood by their warranty. The touchups look good and we will definitely use them again when we have this type of need.
Estimate was originally for complete removal of old glaze and reglaze of bathtub and surround. A complete removal of the old glaze (epoxy paint) was not done. Only sanding and prep of old and reglaze over was done. After I inspected the job I found that there were many rough areas. I had to insist that they return and take care of buffing it smooth and install the drain popup kit they were supposed to originally do. Overall the job now looks good but how long it will last is questionable since a complete stripe was not done before the reglaze. I feel I paid too much for the work that was done and I would not recommend this company.
