I love my old fashioned 1950's blue and pink cast iron bathroom sinks and tub but they were so faded and dull and one sink was badly rusted out around the drain. I absolutely did not want them torn out and modern ones put in. I thought there was no hope until I heard about Go Green Reglazing. They redo retro sinks and tubs like mine and now they look absolutely new. The work is very labor intensive and I was amazed at the skill of every worker who came to do the work. Mike came and did the initial estimate and he was delightful. The office manager is Tiffany and she is a jewel. She is always available and works so hard to make sure that the process goes smoothly. I won't try to name every workman for fear that I will miss one, but every one was extremely skilled, meticulous in their work, punctual and professional. If you have a sink or tub that you would like to have restored call Go Green. They are a first class company.

It was a disaster. They refinished the tub and tile but there were bubbles and drips in the paint, as well as rough spots everywhere. So they did it again and there were still drips in the paint, rough spots, etc. When I took a shower for the first time after they refinished it, there was a huge leak below the tub with water pouring out of the ceiling below the tub all over the first floor and into my closet. The plumber said the leak was caused by a spout on the tub that was not properly sealed. The spout was installed on the tub by Go Green. I called and texted Go Green several times about the leak but they have never returned my calls.

I'm really disappointed in them. It was over-priced. I will absolutely not used them again. I will not recommend them and anybody that I have talked to that's in search of their services, I have stirred them away. The guy could have produced a quality job. The quality was bad. The response time, the job was supposed to take basically two days and it took him almost three months. It was absolutely a horrible experience.

Not reliable from the start.. cancelled first appointment 30 minutes prior to appointment time stating that he had the flu rescheduled for 3 days later I called him 30 minutes past our appointment time he said "i was just looking at my computer have the flu not gotten over it" explained to him that a phone call would have been nice and I would not be using their services .

I've used them about 6 times. They'll do grout cleaning. They might do other things but that's what I've used them for. They are quick, reliable, and clean. And they do an excellent job. And they give a very, very long warranty. They are very competitive in price.

Working with them was easy.  I was impressed by their responsiveness because it seems many companies don't stand by their warranties but they came out within a week and fixed our issues. There was some cracking where the baseboards met the kitchen countertops and some areas where the finish had chipped off which is why we rated the quality as a B instead of an A.. Chris showed up on time, was courteous and professional and got everything done within an hour which was the time estimated for the job.  We have been happy with the reglazing job since it was completed 3 years ago and are even happier that this company stood by their warranty.  The touchups look good and we will definitely use them again when we have this type of need.

I found Go Green on Angie's listed and contacted them. I spoke to Mark who I believe is the owner of the company. He was very friendly and responsive. Within a few days, Mike came to our house to give us an estimate. He was very polite and professional. He did a few quick measurements, shootist photos of other work they have done, and provided a written quote for the work. He seemed kind and honest. He explained that they were a small family owned business. Definitely non-pressured which was nice. I contacted Go Green a few days later and told them that we wanted to proceed. They scheduled to come the beginning of the following week. A man named Chris showed up at her house as scheduled at 8 AM. For some reason he seemed put out by the project that was to be done. He said that he did not bring the paint and that he also did not bring a ladder and seemed annoyed that we did not have one. He also asked to borrow several buckets. This was a little annoying since my husband and I were trying to get ready to leave for work and he seemed unprepared. Our nanny was at the house with Chris but my husband and I were at work. She said that he made a comment that even if we locked the door that "oh, I can always get back in". Are you implying that you can break into our house? Not exactly the comment you want to hear from someone who is working at your home. Chris left around noon on the first day stating that he could not paint because the paint had not yet arrived. I guess that he did not know that when I talked to Go Green a few days prior they commented that our painted had arrived and was "ready to go". Chris returned the following morning and finished the cabinets which I must say turned out very nice. He told me that the cabinets were not dry enough to screw all the handles back on (there were about 15 of them). He said that we should just put them back on so that he does not have to come back on a different day. My husband told him that he was not interested in spending his own personal time to finish a job that we are paying someone to do. Chris then decide that the cabinets were dry enough and he hurriedly put them on breaking 1 of the screws and did not say anything to us until after he left and we realized 1 of the drawers was missing a handle. Before Chris left we asked him about the garage door that broke while he was trying to open it (he did not tell us he broke it we found this out on our own and knew he was messing with it). He said his work partner Jackie did it and that it wasn't his problem. Jackie returned to look at the garage door, couldn't fix it and then had the audacity to say "I never saw it work in the 1st place". Are you kidding me? You think we are lying and trying to blame a broken door on someone else. Really bizarre. Chris ended up being able to fix it and left. At the end of it all, I love the way the cabinets turned out and they stayed true to the price. I just didn't like the process with Chris. I actually like the cabinet so much that I also want to do our bathroom, but I'm hesitant to do it with Go Green because I do not want to have to deal with Chris and his dishonest ways. Is he going to try and have us put our own handles back on again if he is the one that comes? I hate saying that since Mark and Mike were so professional and good but definitely tainted the experience.

We contacted Go Green to reglaze our master bathroom shower and redo the top of the sinks. We had told Mike that we might be selling and would let him know. We decided to move and had Mike come to go over the options on the new master bathroom. We picked the tile and made an appointment to have the work done the following week. Jackie came on time and began the process which took most of the day. He was very thorough and careful. He came back the next day to remove the taping. The bathroom looks wonderful! No more mold or mildew to worry about.
We would definitely recommend Go Green to anyone who wants to update their bathroom.

Go Green did a tremendous job in the resurfacing of our bathrooms/ laundry room and I would hire them again in a heartbeat.  I would like to particularly single out Jacky who did most of the work in our home.
Details:
We wanted an updated look for our four bathrooms. We visited their showroom on Ulmerton Rd (don't be put off by their showroom as it is pretty basic).  The sales person, Mike, was friendly and knowledgeable.  He showed us all the different color/ texture options and explained the process to us.  I really like the idea of resurfacing rather than pulling out and replacing the surfaces (much less expensive as well!)
The workmen showed up on time, worked hard and were very polite.  I often work out of my home office so I was around much of the time.  I was impressed with how diligently they worked throughout the day. Jacky was the primary craftsman for our job and he was wonderful. He had a high level of professionalism and pride in his work.  As an example, one of the counters he resurfaced did not look just right. The colors didn't match the sample.  Jackie had new resurfacing material sent out from the warehouse and redid the entire counter.  He said he wouldn't be satisfied until we were!
Mark (the owner?) ran a tight ship. He did a great job working with our scheduling requests and was very friendly.
In the end, I am very pleased with how our bathrooms look and I am extremely happy that we found Go Green.  I highly recommend them.

My bathtub had been abused by previous homeowners and had rust spots, several rusty gashes and a quarter size hole in the bottom and a rusty overflow. I contemplated replacing but wanted to save it if possible, both for cost and environmental reasons.
Excellent contact from day one with Mike who visited the house. He was timely, knowledgeable and professional. I did cost comparisons with other companies and decided to book a few weeks after initial meeting. I called and scheduled with Mark who was very courteous. They were able to fit me in within two business days which was perfect for my bathroom project timing.
The actual repair went quickly, within a few hours. They completely transformed my tub. No more rust or hole--it looks brand new. Two days later, we noticed some strange bubbling and Mark had someone come out to look at it very quickly. They repaired the issue and the next day sent another technician to check on it and buff the tub again.
It's not hard to have a good experience when everything goes smoothly, but the true test of a quality business is taking care of people when the unexpected arises. Go Green Reglazing was very responsive and I'm very happy with the friendly, high-touch service they provided. Looking forward to using my bathtub again.

Re glazed guest bath tub which was never re glazed before and had bad spots which need to be refinished. Jackie did a top notch job. When finished tub looked "like new". The re glazing was done with a slip resistant coating and bath mats with suction cups need not be used. Work was done professionally, on time and price was very reasonable.

The entire process from start to finish was seamless.  Mark ( Owner ) is very professional and knowledgeable...he addressed all of our  questions and concerns about both the products offered and the procedure.  Mike ( Sales ) provided information and sample selections.  Their technicians, including Bruce, were very accommodating, arrived on time, and took great care in prepping the work areas.  They were very thorough in completing all aspects of the job.
I would absolutely recommend Go Green Reglazing.

Estimate was originally for complete removal of old glaze and reglaze of bathtub and surround.  A complete removal of the old glaze (epoxy paint) was not done.  Only sanding and prep of old and reglaze over was done.  After I inspected the job I found that there were many rough areas.  I had to insist that they return and take care of buffing it smooth and install the drain popup kit they were supposed to originally do.  Overall the job now looks good but how long it will last is questionable since a complete stripe was not done before the reglaze.   I feel I paid  too much for the work that was done and I would not recommend this company.

Fabulous results!  I just regret that I did not call them sooner!  Very professional, thorough, responsive, protective of ALL surfaces that could be vulnerable to any overspray. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if ever needed in a future home.
